【摘要】:采用脈沖電沉積方法在304不銹鋼基體上制備出Ni-WC納米復合鍍層。研究了WC的質(zhì)量濃度對Ni-WC納米復合鍍層性能的影響。結(jié)果表明:隨著WC的質(zhì)量濃度的增加,Ni-WC納米復合鍍層的耐蝕性先增強后減弱,硬度先增大后減小;當WC的質(zhì)量濃度為30g/L時,Ni-WC納米復合鍍層的耐蝕性最好,硬度最大。
[Abstract]:Ni-WC nanocomposite coatings were prepared on 304 stainless steel substrate by pulse electrodeposition. The effect of WC concentration on the properties of Ni-WC nanocomposite coatings was studied. The results show that the corrosion resistance of Ni-WC nanocomposite coatings increases first and then decreases with the increase of WC concentration, and the corrosion resistance of Ni-WC nanocomposite coatings is the best and the hardness is the largest when the mass concentration of WC is 30g/L.
