不同炭化條件對黑沙蒿生物炭保水性能的影響

【摘要】:生物炭具有豐富的孔隙結(jié)構(gòu)和巨大的比表面積,是一種良好的保水材料。為探究沙蒿生物炭保水效果對炭化條件的響應(yīng),設(shè)置不同的炭化溫度、炭化時(shí)間和升溫速率3個(gè)炭化條件,對沙蒿進(jìn)行無氧炭化,研究各種生物炭的吸水和保水效果。結(jié)果表明:生物炭和沙蒿的吸水率均較高,分別為4 246.6~4 803.3g·kg~(-1)和5 340.3g·kg~(-1);600℃的生物炭在去離子水中的保水能力相對較強(qiáng),其擬合曲線的決定系數(shù)為0.963 4~0.986 2,且炭化60min時(shí)最大,為0.986 2,沙蒿最小,為0.938 1;在沙土中的蒸發(fā)速率分別為自然沙的0.955~0.996倍和0.996倍,600℃炭化60min時(shí)最小,炭化5min時(shí)最大。而升溫速率在生物炭的吸水和保水效果中不起決定作用。因此,生物炭的保水性能主要取決于炭化溫度和時(shí)間,其吸水和保水性能不具有一致性,而在去離子水和沙土中的保水性能具有一致性;600℃炭化60min的生物炭是提高沙土保水性能的最優(yōu)選擇。
[Abstract]:Biochar is a good water-retaining material with abundant pore structure and huge specific surface area. In order to investigate the response of water retention effect of Artemisia annua to carbonization conditions, different carbonization temperature, carbonization time and heating rate were set up to carbonize Artemisia annua in anaerobic carbonization, and the water absorption and water retention effects of various biological carbon were studied. The results showed that the absorbency of biochar and Artemisia annua were both higher, which were 4 246.6 g / kg ~ (-1) and 5 340.3g / kg ~ (-1) C ~ (-1) respectively. The water retention capacity of biochar in deionized water was relatively strong. The determining coefficient of fitting curve was 0.963 ~ 0.986 ~ (2), and the largest one was carbonized 60min.
