磁場(chǎng)輔助下磁性鈷納米線的制備工藝

【摘要】:在外加磁場(chǎng)作用下,以水為溶劑,使用氯鉑酸為成核劑,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)為表面活性劑,采用無模板液相還原法制備得到鈷納米線,并探究了不同溫度和pH值以及磁場(chǎng)對(duì)其形貌的影響,利用掃描電鏡(SEM)、X射線衍射(XRD)、能譜(EDS)和振動(dòng)樣品磁強(qiáng)計(jì)(VSM)對(duì)其進(jìn)行表征。SEM結(jié)果表明,在磁場(chǎng)輔助下80℃、pH值為14和磁感應(yīng)強(qiáng)度為40 mT時(shí)制備得到的鈷納米線線性較好,表面光滑,直徑較小且均勻(約為100nm)。XRD和EDS結(jié)果表明鈷納米線純度較高。在室溫下,制備得到的鈷納米線具有鐵磁性,其飽和磁感應(yīng)強(qiáng)度和矯頑力分別為112.00A·m~2/kg和2.8×10~4 A/m。
[Abstract]:Cobalt nanowires were prepared by using water as solvent, chloroplatinic acid as nucleating agent and polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) as surfactant under the action of external magnetic field. The effects of different temperature, pH value and magnetic field on the morphology were investigated. The SEM results showed that the morphology was characterized by scanning electron microscope (SEM) and vibratory sample magnetometer (VSM), which were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and vibratory sample magnetometer (VSM).
