汽車活塞銷鍍Ni-Co合金鍍層表面改性及性能研究

【摘要】:利用電鍍技術(shù),在汽車活塞銷表面制備Ni-Co合金鍍層實(shí)現(xiàn)表面改性。概述了活塞銷表面改性的工藝過程,觀察了表面改性后活塞銷的形貌,檢測(cè)了Ni-Co合金鍍層與活塞銷基體的結(jié)合強(qiáng)度以及表面改性后活塞銷的硬度、抗拉強(qiáng)度及耐摩擦磨損性能。結(jié)果表明,Ni-Co合金鍍層與活塞銷基體結(jié)合牢固,表面改性后活塞銷的表面平整均勻,硬度和抗拉強(qiáng)度均提高,表現(xiàn)出較好的耐摩擦磨損性能。Ni-Co合金鍍層有效改善了活塞銷的表面狀況,使活塞銷的硬度提高約17%,抗拉強(qiáng)度提高約7.2%,磨損量和磨損速率分別下降17.5%和17.9%。
[Abstract]:Ni-Co alloy coating was prepared on the surface of piston pin by electroplating technology. The process of surface modification of piston pin was summarized, the morphology of piston pin after surface modification was observed, the bonding strength of Ni-Co alloy coating with piston pin matrix and the hardness, tensile strength and friction and wear resistance of surface modified piston pin were tested. The results show that the Ni-Co alloy coating binds firmly to the piston pin matrix, the surface of the piston pin is flat and uniform after surface modification, and the hardness and tensile strength of the piston pin are improved. The Ni-Co alloy coating shows good friction and wear resistance. The surface condition of piston pin is improved effectively. The hardness of piston pin is increased about 17%, the tensile strength is increased about 7.2%, the wear amount and wear rate are decreased by 17.5% and 17.9%, respectively.
