【摘要】：針對堿性鋅錳電池高速生產(chǎn)線的鋼殼內壁石墨噴涂設備,提出一種可以實時監(jiān)控噴涂狀態(tài)的控制系統(tǒng)。在控制設備結構、生產(chǎn)速度以及涂料泵均相同的條件下,與采用EPC-15的控制器的設備相比,采用噴涂狀態(tài)實時監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的設備所生產(chǎn)的產(chǎn)品不良品率減少50%以上,且波動較小。
[Abstract]:Aiming at graphite spraying equipment of steel shell inner wall in high speed production line of alkaline zinc-manganese battery, a control system which can monitor spraying state in real time is proposed. Under the condition of the same equipment structure, production speed and coating pump, compared with the equipment using EPC-15 controller, the defective product rate of the equipment with the real-time monitoring system of spraying status is reduced by more than 50%, and the fluctuation is less.
