CVD法氣相白炭黑濕法有機(jī)化改性研究

【摘要】:以特變電工新疆新能源股份有限公司化學(xué)氣相沉積(CVD)法生產(chǎn)的白炭黑為原料,采用濕法改性工藝,六甲基二硅氮烷(HMDZ)為改性劑,水為改性助劑,甲苯為溶劑,對(duì)其進(jìn)行有機(jī)化改性研究。由單因素及正交實(shí)驗(yàn)得到氣相法白炭黑表面改性的最佳工藝條件為:改性溫度110℃,改性時(shí)間1.5 h,改性劑用量15%,攪拌速率900 r/min。對(duì)改性產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行技術(shù)指標(biāo)測(cè)試,結(jié)果表明:產(chǎn)品達(dá)到疏水性白炭黑標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求。通過采用接觸角、IR、TG手段對(duì)改性效果進(jìn)行表征,結(jié)果表明改性后白炭黑表面呈現(xiàn)良好的疏水性。
[Abstract]:Silica produced by chemical vapor deposition (CVD) method of Xinjiang New Energy Co., Ltd was used as raw material, modified by wet process, HMDZ as modifier, water as modifier, toluene as solvent, HMDZ as modifier, water as modifier, toluene as solvent, water as modifier and toluene as solvent.
