低引氣減縮型聚羧酸系減水劑合成及性能研究

【摘要】:混凝土最大的缺陷是收縮開裂問題。以酯化大單體丁氧基聚乙二醇甲基丙烯酸酯(BPEGMA)、甲基丙烯酸(MAA)、減縮功能單體一縮二丙二醇單甲醚馬來酸酯(DPGMAL)和消泡單體聚丙二醇丙烯酸酯(PPGA400)為原料合成了一種低引氣減縮型聚羧酸系減水劑?疾炝舜髥误w種類、不同分子量BPEGMA、MAA、DPGMAL和PPGA400用量對產品性能的影響規(guī)律,確定了合成產品最佳的工藝條件為BPEGMA1000∶MAA∶DPGMAL∶PPGA400的摩爾比為1∶3.2∶0.6∶0.3。與市場上同類產品相比,合成產品具有較高的減水率、較好的減縮性能和較低的引氣性。
[Abstract]:The biggest flaw in concrete is shrinkage cracking. A low inductance was synthesized from esterification macromonomer butoxy polyethylene glycol methacrylate (BPEGMAA), methacrylate (MAA), dipropylene glycol monomethyl maleate maleate (DPGMAL) and defoamer polypropylene glycol acrylate (PPGA400). Gas-reducing polycarboxylic acid system water reducer. The effects of macromonomer species, different molecular weight of BPEGMAA MAAMAL and the amount of PPGA400 on the properties of the product were investigated. The optimum technological conditions were determined as follows: the molar ratio of BPEGMA1000:MAA:DPGMAL:PPGA400 was 1: 3.2: 0.6: 0.3. Compared with the similar products in the market, the synthetic products have higher water reducing rate, better shrinkage reduction and lower air entrainment.
