脫脂清洗工藝對(duì)MSA電鍍錫性能影響的研究

【摘要】:冷軋帶鋼在生產(chǎn)加工過(guò)程中,表面會(huì)附有各種污物,因鍍層的質(zhì)量與前處理工序有關(guān),所以為了保證鍍層的質(zhì)量,必須將冷軋帶鋼表面的污物去除,即進(jìn)行脫脂處理。本文主要通過(guò)人工油污實(shí)驗(yàn)和點(diǎn)滴實(shí)驗(yàn)確定脫脂劑A的最佳脫脂工藝,如溫度、電流密度、極板方式等,另外,通過(guò)掃描電鏡、粗糙度儀和電化學(xué)測(cè)試等方法研究不同基板表面狀態(tài),采用點(diǎn)滴實(shí)驗(yàn)、鹽霧實(shí)驗(yàn)和電化學(xué)測(cè)試等方法確定脫脂劑中平整液的最大含量,并通過(guò)赫爾槽實(shí)驗(yàn)和電化學(xué)測(cè)試實(shí)驗(yàn)等研究脫脂工藝和脫脂劑的殘留對(duì)鍍錫層質(zhì)量的影響。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,當(dāng)溫度為60℃、電流密度為15 A/dm2、工件作陰極時(shí),脫脂劑A的脫脂效果最好,試樣表面活性最高,且電鍍后鍍層均勻性和耐蝕性較高;DR材表面粗糙度較小,表面活性高,且板材耐蝕性較高,電鍍后鍍層更均勻致密,且耐蝕性較高;鹽霧實(shí)驗(yàn)和電化學(xué)測(cè)試結(jié)果表明脫脂劑中平整液的最大含量為5%,當(dāng)平整液的含量在5%以下時(shí),不影響脫脂效果,即對(duì)試樣的表面活性不造成影響;當(dāng)平整液的含量大于5%時(shí),影響脫脂劑的脫脂效果,即降低試樣的表面活性,同時(shí)影響鍍層質(zhì)量,容易造成漏鍍現(xiàn)象,鍍層疏松,晶粒粗大,且鍍層的耐蝕性較差。本文還研究了脫脂劑的殘留對(duì)基板和鍍錫層質(zhì)量的影響。結(jié)果表明,脫脂劑殘留越少,基板表面活性越高,鍍層結(jié)合力越好,耐蝕性越強(qiáng)。
[Abstract]:In order to ensure the quality of the coating, it is necessary to remove the dirt on the surface of cold-rolled strip, that is, degreasing, because the quality of the coating is related to the pre-treatment process in the process of production and processing of cold-rolled strip. In this paper, the optimum degreasing process of degreasing agent A is determined by artificial oil pollution test and drip test, such as temperature, current density, electrode plate method, etc. In addition, the optimum degreasing process is determined by scanning electron microscope. The surface states of different substrates were studied by means of roughness meter and electrochemical test.
