激光輻射氧化鋯-鋯英石制品表面的顯微結(jié)構(gòu)演變

【摘要】:為研究激光與氧化鋯制品表面的作用,采用半導體激光器以700 W功率輻照非均態(tài)Zr O2-Zr Si O4定徑水口試樣表面,致其表面局部熔融。借助場發(fā)射掃描電鏡觀察激光輻射前后試樣的顯微結(jié)構(gòu)變化,利用XRD分析相組成,并用EDS測定化學組成。結(jié)果表明:在激光掃描過的區(qū)域,燒結(jié)氧化鋯熔融并重結(jié)晶成微米晶體,取向連生成團聚體;而鋯英石顆粒全部分解成以樹枝晶為特征的m-Zr O2和玻璃相,在局部液相中可見納米級的m-Zr O2析晶因激劇的m囹t相變而開裂成微粒。
[Abstract]:In order to study the effect of laser on the surface of zirconia products, the surface of non-uniform Zr O2-Zr Sio _ 4 diameters was irradiated by a semiconductor laser at 700W power, resulting in local melting of the surface. The microstructure of the samples before and after laser irradiation was observed by field emission scanning electron microscope (SEM). The phase composition was analyzed by XRD and the chemical composition was determined by EDS. The results show that sintered zirconia melts and recrystallizes into micron crystals in the laser-scanned region, and the zircon particles are decomposed into dendritic m-Zr O 2 and glass phase. Nanocrystalline m-Zr O2 can be found in the local liquid phase to crack into particles due to the sharp m cell phase transition.
