【摘要】:在液晶(LCD)屏生產(chǎn)線的屏切割工藝段,為實現(xiàn)玻璃基板的自動上料,采用Q系列PLC、定位模塊QD75D4、伺服系統(tǒng)(伺服驅(qū)動器、伺服電機)和觸摸屏設(shè)計了玻璃基板抽插式上料機及其電控系統(tǒng)。詳細(xì)介紹了該上料機的系統(tǒng)組成及軟、硬件設(shè)計,闡述了伺服驅(qū)動器參數(shù)設(shè)置、PLC程序設(shè)計和觸摸屏人機界面設(shè)計等過程。結(jié)果表明,該上料機在單機試運轉(zhuǎn)和整線聯(lián)動的測試中運行穩(wěn)定、可靠,極大降低了人工成本,提高了生產(chǎn)效率。由實際生產(chǎn)統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù)顯示:產(chǎn)能≥1.2萬片/月,良品率≥97%,提高了投資回報率。
[Abstract]:In order to realize the automatic feeding of glass substrate, the Q series PLC, positioning module QD75D4, servo system (servo driver, servo driver) are adopted in the screen cutting process of LCD screen production line. The system composition, software and hardware design of the feeder are introduced in detail. The PLC program design of servo driver parameter setting and the human-machine interface design of touch screen are described.
