飛秒激光在不同羥基濃度純石英玻璃內(nèi)部誘導(dǎo)缺陷研究

【摘要】:采用飛秒激光脈沖輻照不同羥基濃度的純石英玻璃,誘導(dǎo)其內(nèi)部產(chǎn)生缺陷。系統(tǒng)研究了羥基濃度、激光脈寬和激光功率對(duì)缺陷類型和濃度的影響。石英玻璃的顯微熒光譜、吸收譜和發(fā)射譜測(cè)試表明,飛秒激光誘導(dǎo)石英玻璃可以產(chǎn)生非橋氧空穴中心(NBOHC)、非弛豫氧空位[ODC(Ⅱ)]和E′心3種缺陷;低羥基濃度石英玻璃易產(chǎn)生ODC(Ⅱ)缺陷,高羥基濃度石英玻璃易產(chǎn)生NBOHC缺陷。用波長(zhǎng)為254nm的紫外燈激發(fā)飛秒激光輻照后的高羥基濃度石英玻璃可觀察到明顯的紅色熒光(波長(zhǎng)為650nm),其發(fā)光強(qiáng)度與飛秒激光的脈寬和功率相關(guān),發(fā)光強(qiáng)度隨激光脈寬的增加先增加后減小,隨激光功率的增加先增加后趨于平緩。
[Abstract]:Pure quartz glass with different hydroxyl concentration was irradiated by femtosecond laser pulse to induce defects. The effects of hydroxyl concentration, laser pulse width and laser power on defect type and concentration were systematically studied.
