圓錐破碎機(jī)腔型優(yōu)化設(shè)計

【摘要】:本文基于總體平衡理論和層壓破碎理論對圓錐破碎機(jī)的破碎產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量和生產(chǎn)能力進(jìn)行了深入研究,,進(jìn)一步建立了基于圓錐破碎機(jī)生產(chǎn)能力的腔型結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)優(yōu)化模型,為改進(jìn)和研制新型、高效、節(jié)能的圓錐破碎機(jī)提供一定的理論依據(jù)。本文主要工作和內(nèi)容如下: (1)以單顆粒物料為研究對象,通過矢量法推導(dǎo)出單顆粒物料以滑動方式通過破碎腔的運動特性的解析表達(dá)式。 (2)基于總體平衡理論,對圓錐破碎機(jī)的破碎過程模型進(jìn)行了深入研究,進(jìn)一步通過理論分析實現(xiàn)了對物料破碎過程中粒度分布的預(yù)測。同時,對圓錐破碎機(jī)破碎產(chǎn)品針片率的經(jīng)驗?zāi)P头治,得出了給料平均尺寸和閉邊排料口尺寸對產(chǎn)品針片率的影響。 (3)對計算生產(chǎn)率的新方法進(jìn)行了理論推導(dǎo),以PYB900圓錐破碎機(jī)為例驗證理論模型的正確性,并對影響圓錐破碎機(jī)生產(chǎn)率的工作參數(shù)和結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)進(jìn)行了分析,得到了圓錐破碎機(jī)生產(chǎn)率與腔型結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)之間的關(guān)系。 (4)基于對圓錐破碎機(jī)生產(chǎn)能力的研究,建立了以圓錐破碎機(jī)生產(chǎn)率為目標(biāo)函數(shù)的腔型結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)優(yōu)化模型,利用Matlab軟件對PYB900圓錐破碎機(jī)腔型結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化求解,結(jié)合優(yōu)化后的腔型結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)采用圖解法畫出圓錐破碎機(jī)的基本腔型;進(jìn)一步基于最小磨損理論對考慮動錐襯板磨損情況繪制出動錐曲線圖。
[Abstract]:Based on the overall equilibrium theory and the laminated crushing theory, the quality and production capacity of the cone crusher are studied in this paper, and the optimization model of the cavity structure parameters based on the production capacity of the cone crusher is established.It provides some theoretical basis for improving and developing new type, high efficiency and energy saving cone crusher.The main work and contents of this paper are as follows:1) taking the single particle material as the research object, the analytical expression of the motion characteristic of the single particle material passing through the broken cavity by sliding mode is derived by the vector method.2) based on the general equilibrium theory, the crushing process model of cone crusher is deeply studied, and the prediction of particle size distribution in the process of material crushing is realized through theoretical analysis.At the same time, the influence of the average feed size and the size of the closed edge discharge port on the needle rate of the product is obtained by analyzing the empirical model of the needle rate of the broken product of the cone crusher.The new method of calculating productivity is theoretically deduced. The correctness of the theoretical model is verified by taking PYB900 cone crusher as an example, and the working parameters and structural parameters that affect the productivity of cone crusher are analyzed.The relationship between the productivity of cone crusher and the structure parameters of cavity is obtained.Based on the research on the production capacity of cone crusher, the optimization model of cavity structure parameters is established, which takes the productivity of cone crusher as the objective function. Using Matlab software, the cavity structure parameters of PYB900 cone crusher are optimized and solved.The basic cavity shape of the cone crusher is drawn by graphic method combined with the optimized cavity structure parameters, and the moving cone curve is further drawn on the basis of the minimum wear theory.
