三足離心機(jī)動(dòng)態(tài)特性分析與平衡環(huán)抑振機(jī)理研究

【摘要】:三足離心機(jī)常用來(lái)分離固、液的混合物,是醫(yī)藥、食品等行業(yè)中應(yīng)用最為廣泛的立式離心設(shè)備。三足離心機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速通常在2000轉(zhuǎn)/分以下,屬低速離心設(shè)備,這大大限制了離心效果與應(yīng)用場(chǎng)合。長(zhǎng)期以來(lái),三足離心機(jī)的振動(dòng)抑制問(wèn)題一直是相關(guān)廠家面臨的難題。而從國(guó)內(nèi)外公開(kāi)的文獻(xiàn)中可以看出,對(duì)三足離心機(jī)動(dòng)態(tài)特性及減振抑噪方法的研究還處于起步階段。本課題以SS型300三足離心機(jī)為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)其懸掛系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了受力分析,推導(dǎo)出了其廣義力的表達(dá)式,進(jìn)而應(yīng)用Lagrange方程建立了其動(dòng)力學(xué)方程。對(duì)三足離心機(jī)進(jìn)行了模態(tài)分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)其固有頻率可分為明顯的低頻段和高頻段,研究了各階固有振型的特點(diǎn),分析了擺桿長(zhǎng)度對(duì)固有頻率的影響。通過(guò)數(shù)值仿真,分析了系統(tǒng)的動(dòng)態(tài)特性,并討論了三足離心機(jī)主要減振部件的減振效果。在三足離心機(jī)振動(dòng)模型的基礎(chǔ)上,研究了三足離心機(jī)的傾覆現(xiàn)象。對(duì)穩(wěn)態(tài)階段三足離心機(jī)所受離心力進(jìn)行了分析,推導(dǎo)了系統(tǒng)發(fā)生傾覆時(shí)的臨界條件,并求解出相應(yīng)傾覆轉(zhuǎn)速。在此基礎(chǔ)上,考慮了電機(jī)偏心的影響,對(duì)傾覆轉(zhuǎn)速進(jìn)行修正,并研究了偏心負(fù)載質(zhì)量、偏心負(fù)載質(zhì)心高度、工作系統(tǒng)質(zhì)心高度等主要參數(shù)對(duì)系統(tǒng)傾覆轉(zhuǎn)速的影響。分析了球體平衡環(huán)的工作原理,應(yīng)用經(jīng)典的雙球模型分析球體平衡環(huán)的減振作用,建立了系統(tǒng)含有球體平衡環(huán)的動(dòng)力學(xué)方程。研究了球體平衡環(huán)對(duì)三足離心機(jī)傾覆現(xiàn)象的影響,推導(dǎo)出了系統(tǒng)含有球體平衡環(huán)時(shí)的傾覆轉(zhuǎn)速,研究了偏心負(fù)載質(zhì)量、球體質(zhì)量和球體平衡環(huán)高度對(duì)傾覆現(xiàn)象的影響。同時(shí),分析了球體平衡環(huán)對(duì)三足離心機(jī)的減振作用,研究了球體質(zhì)量和球體平衡環(huán)高度對(duì)其減振效果的影響。最后,通過(guò)三足離心機(jī)振動(dòng)測(cè)試實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證了球體平衡環(huán)的減振作用。
[Abstract]:Tripod centrifuge is often used to separate solid and liquid mixtures. It is the most widely used vertical centrifuge in medicine, food and other industries.The rotating speed of tripodal centrifuge is usually less than 2000 rpm, which is a low speed centrifuge, which greatly limits the centrifugal effect and application.For a long time, the vibration suppression of tripod centrifuge has been a difficult problem for related manufacturers.It can be seen from the published literature at home and abroad that the research on the dynamic characteristics of tripod centrifuge and the method of vibration and noise suppression is still in its infancy.In this paper, the SS 300 tripodal centrifuge is taken as the research object, the force of its suspension system is analyzed, the expression of its generalized force is deduced, and its dynamic equation is established by using Lagrange equation.The modal analysis of tripod centrifuge shows that its natural frequency can be divided into low frequency range and high frequency band. The characteristics of natural modes of each order are studied and the influence of the length of pendulum on natural frequency is analyzed.The dynamic characteristics of the system are analyzed by numerical simulation, and the damping effect of the main damping components of tripod centrifuge is discussed.Based on the vibration model of tripod centrifuge, the overturning phenomenon of tripod centrifuge is studied.In this paper, the centrifugal force of tripod centrifuge in steady state is analyzed, the critical condition when the system overturns is deduced, and the corresponding capsizing speed is solved.On this basis, considering the influence of motor eccentricity, the overturning speed is corrected, and the influence of the main parameters such as eccentric load mass, eccentric load centroid height and working system centroid height on the overturn speed is studied.In this paper, the working principle of the spherical equilibrium ring is analyzed, and the classical double sphere model is used to analyze the damping effect of the spherical equilibrium ring, and the dynamic equation of the system containing the spherical equilibrium ring is established.The effect of the spherical balance ring on the overturning phenomenon of tripod centrifuge is studied. The overturning speed of the system with the spherical balance ring is deduced, and the effects of eccentric load mass, spherical mass and the height of the spherical balance ring on the overturn phenomenon are studied.At the same time, the effect of spherical balance ring on the vibration absorption of tripod centrifuge is analyzed, and the influence of ball mass and the height of spherical equilibrium ring on the damping effect is studied.Finally, the vibration absorption of the spherical balance ring is verified by the vibration test of tripod centrifuge.
