低溫法制備不溶性硫磺的熱穩(wěn)定性研究

【摘要】:本論文綜述了不溶性硫磺的生產(chǎn)工藝及相關(guān)穩(wěn)定劑的研究進(jìn)展。以工業(yè)硫磺為原料,采用低溫法工藝制備不溶性硫磺。采用XRD和SEM對(duì)普通硫磺和不溶性硫磺進(jìn)行了表征。結(jié)果表明:不溶性硫磺與普通硫磺具有不同的特征衍射峰,且特征峰明顯、強(qiáng)度大。特征峰強(qiáng)度越大,表明不溶性硫磺含量越高;不溶性硫磺顆粒結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)其熱穩(wěn)定性有一定影響;分別考察了萃取和充油過程加入穩(wěn)定劑對(duì)不溶性硫磺熱穩(wěn)定性的影響,結(jié)果表明,萃取過程適宜的穩(wěn)定劑是酯類Ⅲ,在加入2.0%時(shí),低溫法不溶性硫磺120℃的熱穩(wěn)定性為45.89%(wt/%),復(fù)合穩(wěn)定劑沒有明顯效果;充油階段適宜穩(wěn)定劑也是酯類Ⅲ,加入2.0%時(shí),低溫不溶性硫磺120℃的熱穩(wěn)定性為49.03%(wt/%);充油階段添加穩(wěn)定劑的效果比萃取階段的好;在萃取和充油過程同時(shí)添加穩(wěn)定劑可以進(jìn)一步提高不溶性硫磺的熱穩(wěn)定性在萃取和充油中均加入2.0%的穩(wěn)定劑酯類Ⅲ效果最好,此時(shí)低溫法不溶性硫磺120℃的熱穩(wěn)定性為52.31%(wt/%),達(dá)到同類工藝的領(lǐng)先水平;低溫法穩(wěn)定劑未必適用于高溫法制備的不溶性硫磺;充油型不溶性硫磺的酸度、灰分、加熱減量等參數(shù)都符合不溶性硫磺產(chǎn)品標(biāo)準(zhǔn);堿性橡膠促進(jìn)劑會(huì)對(duì)不溶性硫磺熱穩(wěn)定性起負(fù)面影響。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the production process of insoluble sulfur and the research progress of relative stabilizers are reviewed.Insoluble sulfur was prepared from industrial sulfur by low temperature process.General sulfur and insoluble sulfur were characterized by XRD and SEM.The results show that insoluble sulfur has different characteristic diffraction peaks from common sulfur, and the characteristic peaks are obvious and strong.The higher the intensity of the characteristic peak, the higher the content of insoluble sulfur and the effect of the structure of insoluble sulfur particles on the thermal stability of insoluble sulfur.The suitable stabilizer in the extraction process is ester 鈪,
