輕質(zhì)高強(qiáng)硫氧鎂泡沫水泥的制備及性能研究

【摘要】:以硫氧鎂水泥和粉煤灰為原料,制備干密度等級A05~A08的硫氧鎂泡沫水泥試件。探討了粉煤灰摻量、試樣干密度對抗壓強(qiáng)度、吸水率、導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)的影響。結(jié)果表明,粉煤灰摻量為40%時,可有效提高A05~A08級硫氧鎂泡沫水泥的抗壓強(qiáng)度,同時降低試件的吸水率和導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)。掃描電鏡顯示,在硫氧鎂泡沫水泥中添加粉煤灰并無新水化相形成,粉煤灰顆粒的微集料效應(yīng)可使硫氧鎂泡沫水泥的微觀結(jié)構(gòu)更加密實。
[Abstract]:Magnesium sulfide foam cement specimens with dry density grade A05~A08 were prepared from magnesium sulfide cement and fly ash.The effects of fly ash content and sample dry density on compressive strength, water absorption and thermal conductivity were discussed.The results show that the compressive strength of A05~A08 grade magnesium sulfide foam cement can be improved effectively when the content of fly ash is 40%, and the water absorption and thermal conductivity of the sample can be reduced at the same time.The SEM results show that there is no new hydration phase when fly ash is added into magnesium sulfide foam cement, and the microaggregate effect of fly ash particles can make the microstructure of magnesium sulfide foam cement more compact.
