鋼鐵制造流程中空分系統(tǒng)的有用能研究

【摘要】:空分產(chǎn)品是鋼鐵企業(yè)重要的二次能源介質(zhì),由于空分工藝流程以及操作運行水平的差異,各企業(yè)之間能耗水平差別較大,如何降低空分產(chǎn)品能耗和提高空分機組運行經(jīng)濟性一直是鋼鐵行業(yè)關(guān)注的重要問題。 本文在傳統(tǒng)的基于熱力學第一定律的衡算節(jié)能研究的基礎(chǔ)上,升級引入第二定律,采用(?)分析方法指導空分產(chǎn)品節(jié)能研究: 對空分氣體產(chǎn)品在現(xiàn)代鋼鐵生產(chǎn)中的作用進行了較為全面的調(diào)查研究和分析、計算。指出空分系統(tǒng)是現(xiàn)代鋼鐵企業(yè)不可或缺的工藝單元。其電耗在全企業(yè)電耗中所占份額超過10%。而在氧氣煉鋼過程中元素氧化的發(fā)熱量約為制氧能耗的4-5倍。 對唐山鋼鐵公司的鋼鐵生產(chǎn)和用氧現(xiàn)狀進行了全面的調(diào)研分析,得知唐鋼目前噸鋼耗氧量約為56m3,比理論值冗余量約為5.0%,高爐煉鐵富氧量約為每噸生鐵40~45m3,總的綜合用氧量接近l00m3/t-粗鋼。 借助于物性參數(shù)計算軟件包,對唐鋼40000m3/h的空分單元進行(?)分析,獲得不同產(chǎn)品的產(chǎn)量對普遍炯效率的影響定量規(guī)律:液體總產(chǎn)量增加9%(300m3),炯效率可提高0.7~1.0%:氧氣產(chǎn)量增加10%,炯效率可提高1.3%。不同的產(chǎn)品組合,其流程(?)效率是不同的,存在最優(yōu)值。 基于炯分析結(jié)果,實施內(nèi)外結(jié)合氧/氮互換的變負荷柔性操作,指出唐鋼氣體應配置液化氧氣量為14000m3的液化裝置,可以提高系統(tǒng)的炯效率和降低氧氣或氮氣的放散率。 在炯分析的理論指導下,對煉鋼供氧輸送系統(tǒng)進行了優(yōu)化改造,在保證煉鋼用氧壓力不變的前提下將輸送壓力3.0MPa(G)降低至1.5MPa(G)。基于本論文的研究,唐鋼氣體公司獲得了明顯的節(jié)能、增效的結(jié)果,取得專利發(fā)明,得到冶金行業(yè)的好評。
[Abstract]:Air separation product is an important secondary energy medium in iron and steel enterprises.How to reduce the energy consumption of air separation products and improve the operating economy of air separation units has been an important issue of iron and steel industry.Based on the traditional energy conservation research based on the first law of thermodynamics, this paper introduces the second law and adopts the second law.The analysis method guides the energy saving research of air separation products:The function of air separation gas product in modern steel production is investigated, analyzed and calculated.It is pointed out that air separation system is an indispensable process unit in modern iron and steel enterprises.The share of electricity consumption in the whole enterprise is more than 10.In the process of oxygen steelmaking, the calorific value of elemental oxidation is about 4-5 times of the energy consumption of oxygen production.The present situation of iron and steel production and oxygen use in Tangshan Iron and Steel Company is investigated and analyzed comprehensively.It is known that the oxygen consumption of steel per ton is about 56m3 at Tangshan Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd., the excess oxygen is about 5.0 than the theoretical value, the oxygen-rich capacity of blast furnace ironmaking is about 40,45m3 per ton of pig iron, and the total comprehensive oxygen consumption is close to 1000m3 / t- crude steel.The air separation unit of 40000m3/h in Tangshan Iron and Steel Co.The quantitative law of the effect of output of different products on general jiong efficiency was obtained: the total liquid yield increased by 9 ~ 300m ~ 3, the efficiency increased by 0.7 ~ 1.0cm, the oxygen yield increased by 10, and the efficiency increased by 1.3cm.Different product combinations, processesEfficiency is different, there is an optimal value.Based on the results of jiong analysis, the variable load flexible operation of oxygen / nitrogen exchange is carried out. It is pointed out that Tangshan Iron and Steel should be equipped with liquefied oxygen with 14000m3, which can improve the efficiency of the system and reduce the rate of oxygen or nitrogen release.Under the guidance of the theory of jiong analysis, the oxygen supply transportation system for steelmaking was optimized and reformed. Under the premise of keeping oxygen pressure constant for steelmaking, the conveying pressure was reduced from 3.0 MPA GG to 1.5 MPA GN.Based on the research of this paper, Tangshan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd has obtained obvious results of energy saving and efficiency, patent invention and high praise in metallurgical industry.
