【摘要】：本文介紹了粉煤灰氨法生產(chǎn)氧化鋁過程中,硫酸銨與粉煤灰燒結(jié)后的熟料經(jīng)浸出后,得到的中間產(chǎn)物浸出液,用氨水對浸出液進(jìn)行分解實驗.為了使分解產(chǎn)生的粗氫氧化鋁易于固液分離,本實驗主要從氨水加入方式、反應(yīng)溫度、反應(yīng)時間和精種加入量等因素考察分解產(chǎn)物的過濾的情況,確定最優(yōu)的實驗條件為生產(chǎn)提供依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the intermediate product leachate obtained by leaching ammonium sulfate and fly ash in the production of alumina by ammonia process of fly ash is introduced. The leaching solution is decomposed with ammonia water.In order to make the decomposition of coarse aluminum hydroxide easy to be separated by solid and liquid, the filtration of decomposition products was investigated mainly from the factors of ammonia water addition, reaction temperature, reaction time and the amount of fine seed added, etc.The optimal experimental conditions are determined to provide the basis for production.
