水熱條件下陶瓷拋光磚粉的水化活性

【摘要】:采用水熱強度法研究了陶瓷拋光磚粉作為輔助膠凝材料的水化活性,并采用XRD、SEM、EDS等測試方法研究了水熱條件對水泥水化產(chǎn)物的物相組成和微觀結(jié)構(gòu)的影響,對拋光磚粉與粉煤灰和礦渣的水化活性進(jìn)行了對比。結(jié)果表明:與20℃常溫水養(yǎng)相比,50℃水熱養(yǎng)護(hù)有利于激發(fā)拋光磚粉的火山灰活性,水泥水化產(chǎn)物類別及Ca/Si大小與常溫水養(yǎng)條件下相似。50℃水熱養(yǎng)護(hù)條件下,在水化早期,活性大小從高到低的順序依次為:礦渣拋光磚粉粉煤灰;至水化后期,活性大小從高到低的順序依次為:粉煤灰拋光磚粉礦渣。
