摻合料對(duì)抗沖磨混凝土活化能的影響研究

【摘要】:基于等強(qiáng)度的配合比設(shè)計(jì)原則,選定20、30、40、60℃四個(gè)養(yǎng)護(hù)溫度。前后兩次對(duì)活化能進(jìn)行了測(cè)試,對(duì)ASTM C1074—04測(cè)試方法進(jìn)行了改進(jìn):加密前期測(cè)試點(diǎn)和成型后的試件用保鮮膜密封。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:溫度將對(duì)膠材的反應(yīng)造成直接影響,化學(xué)反應(yīng)速率隨著溫度的升高而升高。養(yǎng)護(hù)溫度較高時(shí),早期水化程度或強(qiáng)度比養(yǎng)護(hù)溫度較低時(shí)大,但從長(zhǎng)期來(lái)看,強(qiáng)度則會(huì)小一些,甚至出現(xiàn)強(qiáng)度倒縮現(xiàn)象;抗沖磨混凝土強(qiáng)度開(kāi)始發(fā)展所需最低溫度在1~5℃之間;硅粉和膨脹劑對(duì)于提高混凝土的活化能具有一定促進(jìn)作用。
[Abstract]:Based on the principle of equal strength proportioning design, four curing temperatures were selected.The activation energy of ASTM C1074-04 was tested twice, and the test method of ASTM C1074-04 was improved.The results show that the reaction rate increases with the increase of temperature.When the curing temperature is high, the hydration degree or strength in the early stage is higher than that when the curing temperature is lower, but in the long run, the strength will be smaller, even the strength will shrink, the minimum temperature required for the strength development of the anti-wear concrete is between 1 鈩,
