脫硅磷石膏制備硫酸銨和碳酸鈣的研究

【摘要】:利用脫硅磷石膏、碳酸氫銨和氨水為原料,制備硫酸銨和碳酸鈣,通過正交試驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)和單因素試驗(yàn),探索最佳工藝條件。結(jié)果表明適宜的工藝條件為:反應(yīng)溫度50℃,反應(yīng)時(shí)間2h,物料比1.11,液固比2.2,攪拌速度200r/min。此時(shí)硫的轉(zhuǎn)化率為99.66%,硫的回收率為97.89%,氮的回收率為89.47%,綜合回收率為93.68%,碳酸鈣的過濾強(qiáng)度為653.79kg/m~2·h。硫酸銨產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量達(dá)到了國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)一等品的要求,碳酸鈣產(chǎn)品中CaCO_3質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)達(dá)到了97.74%,實(shí)現(xiàn)了磷石膏的高效利用。
