助磨劑對(duì)石煤提釩尾渣超細(xì)粉磨的影響

【摘要】:采用攪拌磨對(duì)釩尾渣進(jìn)行超細(xì)粉磨,考察4種助磨劑的助磨效果,確定最合適的助磨劑為焦磷酸鈉,對(duì)焦磷酸鈉助磨產(chǎn)品的粒徑分布、表面電位、表面吸附特性以及顆粒形貌等進(jìn)行測(cè)定分析。結(jié)果表明,攪拌磨制備釩尾渣微粉的最佳參數(shù)為:添加焦磷酸鈉質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)為1.8%,礦漿質(zhì)量濃度為1 g/mL,粉磨30 min,所得產(chǎn)品D_(50)=7.85μm、D_(90)=19.78μm,相比未添加焦磷酸鈉的磨礦產(chǎn)品D_(50)、D_(90)分別減小了2.97、8.47μm,粉磨時(shí)間縮短至少10 min。焦磷酸鈉通過(guò)在釩尾渣顆粒表面的吸附,增大顆粒的表面電位,減少微細(xì)顆粒在表面的粘附,降低礦漿黏度,從而提高釩尾渣的粉磨效率。
[Abstract]:The grinding effect of four kinds of grinding aids on vanadium tailings was investigated by mixing mill.
