磺酸基改性聚羧酸減水劑的合成及性能研究

【摘要】:對不同分子量的烯丙基聚乙二醇醚(APEG)進(jìn)行封端改性,制得相應(yīng)的磺酸基改性的APEG單體(APEGS),并與分子量為2400的甲基烯丙基聚氧乙烯醚TPEG和丙烯酸(AA)、馬來酸酐(MA)、乙酸乙烯酯(EVAc)在氧化還原引發(fā)體系和鏈轉(zhuǎn)移劑的作用下,進(jìn)行水溶液自由基共聚,合成了一種磺酸基改性的聚羧酸減水劑SPCE,并對其性能進(jìn)行了檢測。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:磺酸基改性的APEG-700為最佳共聚單體,且共聚體系中n(TPEG)∶n(APEGS)∶n(AA)∶n(MA)∶n(EVAc)的最佳配比為1.0∶0.25∶3.0∶2.0∶1.0,合成的聚羧酸減水劑不僅具有良好的分散性和保坍性,而且與不同水泥和礦物摻合料混凝土的適應(yīng)性好。
[Abstract]:The end-sealing modification of allyl polyethylene glycol ether (APEGG) with different molecular weight was carried out.The corresponding sulfonic acid modified APEG monomer (APEG) was prepared and reacted with methyl allyl polyoxyethylene ether (TPEG) with molecular weight of 2400 and acrylic acid, maleic anhydride (MAA) and vinyl acetate (EVAC) in the redox initiator system and chain transfer agent.A sulfonic acid modified polycarboxylic acid superplasticizer SPCEE was synthesized by free radical copolymerization in aqueous solution and its properties were tested.璇曢獙緇撴灉琛ㄦ槑:紓洪吀鍩烘敼鎬х殑APEG-700涓烘渶浣?jīng)_叡鑱氬崟浣,
