微硅粉堿溶脫硅及其反應(yīng)動力學(xué)

【摘要】:研究了微硅粉在氫氧化鈉溶液中的堿溶行為和反應(yīng)動力學(xué)。采用X射線熒光光譜(XRF)、X射線衍射(XRD)、紅外光譜(FT-IR)和掃描電鏡(SEM)等對微硅粉進行了表征分析。通過正交實驗和單因素實驗相結(jié)合分析了反應(yīng)溫度、反應(yīng)時間、初始氫氧化鈉濃度和灰堿比對微硅粉中二氧化硅溶出率的影響;采用"等高切面法"分析計算了微硅粉的堿溶反應(yīng)動力學(xué)參數(shù)。結(jié)果表明:反應(yīng)溫度和堿濃度對堿溶反應(yīng)的影響最為顯著;微硅粉堿溶脫硅的最優(yōu)工藝條件為反應(yīng)溫度120℃、反應(yīng)時間60 min、初始氫氧化鈉濃度10%、灰堿比為0.89,在此條件下,二氧化硅的溶出率為91.5%,微硅粉堿溶脫硅反應(yīng)的表觀活化能為16.21 k J·mol~(-1),反應(yīng)級數(shù)為1。
[Abstract]:The alkali dissolution behavior and reaction kinetics of microsilica powder in sodium hydroxide solution were studied. The microsilica powder was characterized by X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy (XRF), X-ray diffraction (IR) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The reaction temperature was analyzed by combining the test and the single factor experiment. The effects of reaction time, initial concentration of sodium hydroxide and ratio of ash to alkali on the dissolution rate of silica in microsilica powder; The kinetic parameters of alkali dissolution reaction of microsilica powder were calculated by iso-high section method. The results showed that the reaction temperature and alkali concentration had the most significant influence on the alkali solution reaction, and the optimum technological conditions for alkali dissolution and desilication of microsilica powder were 120 鈩,
