-200目硫磺粉收集過程中的荷電特性及靜電消除

【摘要】:近年來,隨著粉體行業(yè)的蓬勃發(fā)展,粉狀硫磺日益凸顯出潛在的優(yōu)勢(shì)。然而,在硫磺粉碎過程中,由靜電積聚引起的粉塵爆炸問題一直是亟待解決的行業(yè)難題。本文以LNI-330A型分級(jí)式?jīng)_擊磨制備-200目硫磺粉的生產(chǎn)線為研究背景,對(duì)硫磺粉干式粉碎中的荷電特性及靜電消除進(jìn)行了研究。首先,采用MM440型restch球磨儀對(duì)-200目硫磺粉進(jìn)行研磨,測(cè)試了硫磺粉的荷電特性,結(jié)果表明:硫磺粉荷質(zhì)比隨著研磨速度的增大而增大,最終會(huì)趨于穩(wěn)定達(dá)到飽和,-200目硫磺粉飽和靜電量為-35 nC/g;硫磺粉飽和靜電量也受研磨材質(zhì)的影響,采用氧化鋯、碳化鎢和不銹鋼的材質(zhì)進(jìn)行研磨,得出硫磺粉飽和靜電的大小關(guān)系:氧化鋯Q不銹鋼Q碳化鎢。然后,采用BT-1000型粉體綜合特性測(cè)試儀對(duì)硫磺粉流動(dòng)性進(jìn)行了測(cè)試,結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)-200目硫磺粉具有較差的流動(dòng)性,然后又對(duì)不同含水量和不同荷質(zhì)比的硫磺粉進(jìn)行了測(cè)試,發(fā)現(xiàn)當(dāng)含水量高于1.5%,或者荷質(zhì)比大于-6.6 nC/g時(shí),流動(dòng)性變得很差。其次,在自建氣力輸送與收集硫磺粉實(shí)驗(yàn)裝置中,測(cè)試了直角彎頭與旋風(fēng)除塵器離心作用對(duì)硫磺粉荷電特性的影響,結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),當(dāng)顆粒粒徑不變時(shí),直角彎頭與旋風(fēng)除塵器內(nèi)荷質(zhì)比均隨氣流速度的增大而增大,隨質(zhì)量流量的增大呈先增大后減小的趨勢(shì)。硫磺粉荷質(zhì)比隨直角彎頭彎徑比的增大而減小,當(dāng)氣流速度小于16.07m/s時(shí),R=2D的彎頭與R=1.5D的彎頭比較,硫磺粉的荷質(zhì)比降低22%,繼續(xù)增大氣流速度,在滿足工藝布局的條件下可以適當(dāng)增大彎徑比至2.5~3D之間。最后,采用LNI-330A型分級(jí)式?jīng)_擊磨制備-200目硫磺粉,研究了空氣比濕度與濕基含水量對(duì)硫磺粉荷質(zhì)比的影響,結(jié)果表明硫磺粉荷質(zhì)比隨空氣比濕度的增大而減小,通過空氣相對(duì)濕度與空氣比濕度、空氣飽和含水量與溫度之間的關(guān)系轉(zhuǎn)化,得到溫度、相對(duì)濕度與荷質(zhì)比的關(guān)系:Q=A1-A2/1+λeαRH(a+ce-∫/b)+A2。提高濕基含水量同樣能達(dá)到降低荷質(zhì)比的目的,當(dāng)硫磺粉濕基含水量從0增大到0.9%時(shí),荷質(zhì)比可降低61%。綜合考慮硫磺粉濕基含水量與荷質(zhì)比對(duì)流動(dòng)性的影響,可以得到濕基含水量為0.2%~0.3%之間時(shí),荷質(zhì)比為-6.187~-5.389 nC/g,硫磺粉的分散性最優(yōu)。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the vigorous development of powder industry, powdered sulfur has increasingly highlighted the potential advantages. However, in the process of sulfur crushing, Dust explosion caused by electrostatic accumulation has always been a difficult problem to be solved. In this paper, the production line of -200 mesh sulfur powder prepared by LNI-330A type graded impact mill is used as the research background. The charge characteristics and electrostatic elimination of sulfur powder in dry pulverization were studied. Firstly, the charge characteristics of sulfur powder were tested by grinding -200 mesh sulfur powder with MM440 restch ball mill. The results show that the charge / mass ratio of sulfur powder increases with the increase of grinding speed, and finally tends to reach saturation to -200 mesh sulfur powder saturation electrostatic quantity of -35 nC / g, sulfur powder saturated electrostatic capacity is also affected by grinding material, using zirconia, The material of tungsten carbide and stainless steel was ground, and the relation of saturated static electricity of sulfur powder was obtained: zirconia Q stainless steel Q tungsten carbide. Then, the fluidity of sulfur powder was tested by BT-1000 powder comprehensive characteristic tester. The results showed that the sulfur powder of -200 mesh had poor fluidity, and then the sulfur powder with different water content and different ratio of charge to substance was tested. It was found that when the water content was higher than 1.5 and the ratio of charge to substance was greater than -6.6 nC/g, the fluidity of sulfur powder became very poor. The effect of centrifugal action of right angle elbow and cyclone dust collector on the charge characteristics of sulfur powder was tested in a self-built experimental device for pneumatic conveying and collecting sulfur powder. The results showed that the particle size was constant when the particle size was constant. The ratio of charge to mass in right angle elbow and cyclone precipitator increases with the increase of air velocity and decreases with the increase of mass flow rate. The charge to mass ratio of sulfur powder decreases with the increase of bending diameter ratio of right angle elbow. When the flow velocity is less than 16.07m/s, the charge / mass ratio of sulfur powder decreases by 22%, and the flow velocity continues to increase when the flow velocity is less than 16.07m/s. Finally, the ratio of bending to diameter can be appropriately increased to 2.5 脳 3 D when the flow velocity is less than 16.07m/s. Finally, The effect of specific humidity of air and moisture content of wet base on the charge / mass ratio of sulfur powder was studied. The results showed that the charge / mass ratio of sulfur powder decreased with the increase of specific humidity of air.
