以EMT為晶種外延生長制備NaY分子篩膜及其滲透蒸發(fā)性能研究

【摘要】:以EMT為晶種,通過二次生長法制備出NaY分子篩膜并進行了表征,考察了二次生長液的堿度和鋁含量對膜微結(jié)構(gòu)的影響。將制備的膜材料應(yīng)用于碳酸二甲酯與甲醇混合體系的分離,考察了原料液的濃度以及滲透蒸發(fā)溫度對分離效果的影響,確定了膜層的穩(wěn)定性。結(jié)果表明:二次生長液中,當(dāng)n(SiO_2)/n(Na_2O)=1/1.4,n(SiO_2)/n(Al_2O_3)=10時,所得到的膜層質(zhì)量最好。該膜對MeOH/DMC混合體系的分離效果受原料液的濃度和滲透汽化溫度的影響顯著。在50℃時,隨著原料液質(zhì)量分數(shù)的增加(20%~80%),膜材料的分離因子由34.1值降低至5.2,滲透通量由114.7增加至135.5g/(m~2·h);隨著滲透汽化溫度的升高(20~80℃),對于組成為甲醇質(zhì)量分數(shù)50%的混合體系,膜材料的分離因子由29.8降低至2.8,滲透通量由96.3增加至180.8g/(m~2·h).膜材料穩(wěn)定性良好,在14h內(nèi)分離因子和滲透通量無明顯改變。
[Abstract]:NaY molecular sieve membranes were prepared by secondary growth method with EMT as seed. The effects of alkalinity and aluminum content of secondary growth liquid on the microstructure of the membrane were investigated. The membrane material was used to separate the mixture of dimethyl carbonate and methanol. The effects of the concentration of the raw liquid and the permeation evaporation temperature on the separation effect were investigated. The stability of the membrane layer is determined. The results show that the film quality is the best in the secondary growth liquid when the number of nSiO2 / nnnnnntix 1 / 1. 4 / SiO2 / SiO2 / Al2O3 = 10:00. The effect of the membrane on the separation of MeOH/DMC mixed system is obviously affected by the concentration of the raw material solution and the pervaporation temperature. At 50 鈩,
