石英玻璃微尺度磨削溫度仿真與實驗研究

【摘要】:建立了微磨削過程的傳熱模型,針對石英玻璃材料進行有限元仿真分析,探討了微磨削過程中磨削熱的分布情況,分析磨削用量對磨削溫度的影響規(guī)律.利用粒度500#的微磨具對石英玻璃進行單因素磨削溫度測量實驗.仿真與實驗結(jié)果表明:磨削區(qū)表面最高溫度隨切削深度的增大而升高,隨磨削速度的加快而升高,實測最高磨削區(qū)溫度僅為94.2℃,并沒有出現(xiàn)磨削燒傷現(xiàn)象.
[Abstract]:The heat transfer model of the micro - grinding process is established , and the distribution of grinding heat in the micro - grinding process is analyzed by finite element simulation analysis of the quartz glass material . The experimental results show that the maximum temperature of the surface of the grinding area increases with the increase of the cutting depth , and increases with the increase of the grinding speed . The measured maximum grinding zone temperature is only 94.2 鈩,
