鋼纖維-碳納米管導(dǎo)電混凝土的受彎機(jī)敏性試驗研究

【摘要】:研究了鋼纖維-碳納米管導(dǎo)電混凝土在受彎過程中的荷載-撓度-電阻變化率之間的關(guān)系,研究發(fā)現(xiàn):單摻鋼纖維可以提高混凝土的導(dǎo)電性,并可以監(jiān)測混凝土受彎開裂后的力-電效應(yīng),但導(dǎo)電能力與受彎過程的機(jī)敏性均較差。引入碳納米管可以改善鋼纖維的搭接效率,同時亦可以改善鋼纖維表面的界面過渡區(qū),從而使鋼纖維混凝土受彎過程的機(jī)敏性得到了明顯提升。碳納米管的導(dǎo)電效率明顯高于鋼纖維,鋼纖維-碳納米管導(dǎo)電混凝土的受彎機(jī)敏性隨著碳納米管摻量的提高而顯著提高,但是單純提高鋼纖維的摻量并無法明顯改善混凝土材料的受彎機(jī)敏性。鋼纖維-碳納米管導(dǎo)電混凝土的電阻變化率-撓度曲線可以采用一次線性函數(shù)進(jìn)行擬合,試件撓度與電阻變化率之間的線性相關(guān)性較好。
[Abstract]:The relationship between load-deflection and resistance change rate of steel fiber-carbon nanotube conductive concrete during bending is studied. It is found that steel fiber alone can improve the conductivity of concrete.The mechanical-electric effect of concrete after flexural cracking can be monitored, but the electrical conductivity and the cleverness of bending process are poor.The introduction of carbon nanotubes can improve the lapping efficiency of steel fiber and the interface transition zone on the surface of steel fiber, thus improving the sensitivity of steel fiber concrete in bending process.The conductive efficiency of carbon nanotubes is obviously higher than that of steel fibers. The flexural sensitivity of steel fiber-carbon nanotube conductive concrete increases with the increase of carbon nanotube content.But simply increasing the content of steel fiber can not obviously improve the flexural sensitivity of concrete.The resistance rate-deflection curve of steel fiber-carbon nanotube conductive concrete can be fitted by a linear function, and there is a good linear correlation between the deflection of the specimen and the resistance change rate.
