幾種含碳助劑碳化硼陶瓷常壓燒結(jié)的研究

【摘要】:碳化硼陶瓷是一種具有眾多優(yōu)異性能的新型陶瓷。碳化硼因具有高硬度、低密度、熱穩(wěn)定性好、耐磨,良好的中子吸收能力等性能被廣泛應(yīng)用于工程技術(shù)領(lǐng)域。然而由于其具有很強(qiáng)的共價(jià)鍵,使其在較低溫度下實(shí)現(xiàn)致密化燒結(jié)變得極為困難。本文通過(guò)添加含碳燒結(jié)助劑在常壓條件下燒結(jié)碳化硼陶瓷,通過(guò)研究發(fā)現(xiàn):1.添加4%w.t葡萄糖助劑,在2200℃得到的碳化硼樣品密度和硬度都高于純碳化硼2250℃燒結(jié)的樣品。葡萄糖助劑起到了降低燒結(jié)溫度,提升產(chǎn)品性能的作用。在燒結(jié)過(guò)程中還出現(xiàn)了液相燒結(jié)。2.添加4%w.t活性炭助劑,在2200℃得到的碳化硼樣品密度和硬度高于純碳化硼2250℃燒結(jié)的樣品�;钚蕴恐鷦┢鸬搅私档蜔Y(jié)溫度,提升產(chǎn)品性能的作用。3.添加4%w.t石墨助劑,在2100℃雖有密度的提升,但硬度很低;在2200℃、2250℃溫度下燒結(jié)所得樣品的密度和硬度很低。石墨助劑未起到降低燒結(jié)溫度和實(shí)現(xiàn)樣品致密化的效果。
[Abstract]:Boron carbide ceramics is a new type of ceramics with many excellent properties. Boron carbide has high hardness, low density, good thermal stability and wear resistance. Good neutron absorption ability and other properties have been widely used in engineering technology.
