MCM-48改性三醋酸纖維素正滲透膜的制備及性能表征

【摘要】:采用模板劑法合成了具有三維孔道結(jié)構(gòu)的MCM-48二氧化硅納米球形顆粒。將MCM-48分散到含三醋酸纖維素(CTA)的鑄膜液中,通過相轉(zhuǎn)化法制備了MCM-48\CTA正滲透復(fù)合膜。復(fù)合膜的表征數(shù)據(jù)表明,MCM-48成功的摻雜到CTA膜中,而且隨著MCM-48含量的增加,膜的親水性增強(qiáng),孔隙率增大。正滲透實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,以純水為原料液,1 mol/L NaCl為汲取液時(shí),與純CTA膜相比,MCM-48\CTA膜水通量增加一倍,達(dá)到了14.2 L/(m~2·h),反向鹽通量為0.15 mol/(m~2·h)。表明,MCM-48納米顆?梢杂行У膬(yōu)化CTA正滲透膜的分離性能。
[Abstract]:MCM-48 silica nanoparticles with three-dimensional pore structure were synthesized by template method. MCM-48 was dispersed into the casting solution containing cellulose triacetate. MCM-48\ CTA forward osmotic composite membrane was prepared by phase inversion method. The characterization data of the composite membrane showed that MCM-48 was successfully doped into CTA membrane, and with the increase of MCM-48 content, the hydrophilicity and porosity of the membrane increased. Compared with pure CTA membrane, the water flux of MCM-48\ CTA membrane was doubled to 14.2 L/(m~2 hu, and the reverse salt flux was 0.15 mol/(m~2 hu when pure water was used as raw material solution 1 mol/L NaCl. The results showed that MCM-48 nanoparticles could effectively optimize the separation performance of CTA orthosmotic membrane.
