鐵離子對(duì)磷酸氫二銨結(jié)晶過程的影響

【摘要】:首先,采用動(dòng)態(tài)激光法測(cè)定了不同鐵離子含量的磷酸氫二銨溶液結(jié)晶介穩(wěn)區(qū)的寬度;其次,借助倒置顯微鏡,通過單晶生長(zhǎng)法來研究鐵離子對(duì)磷酸氫二銨晶體生長(zhǎng)速率的影響;此外,還通過對(duì)產(chǎn)品粒度分布的分析,考察了摻雜鐵離子對(duì)磷酸氫二銨顆粒大小的影響。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn):隨著鐵離子質(zhì)量濃度百分?jǐn)?shù)由0增加至0.007,結(jié)晶介穩(wěn)區(qū)寬度由3.32℃增大到7.68℃。隨著Fe~(3+)質(zhì)量濃度百分?jǐn)?shù)的增大,單晶各個(gè)方向的生長(zhǎng)速率都逐漸減小。當(dāng)Fe~(3+)質(zhì)量濃度百分?jǐn)?shù)X(Fe~(3+))=0.005時(shí),在過飽和度△C=6 g·(100 g)~(-1)的溶液中,磷酸氫二銨晶體x方向的生長(zhǎng)速率G_x由未添加Fe~(3+)時(shí)的60.29 nm·s~(-1)減小為28.35 nm·s~(-1);平均粒徑D50由不加Fe~(3+)時(shí)267.1μm減小到137.6μm;40~80目的晶體粒子體積分率,由未摻雜時(shí)的88.85%減小到48.75%。產(chǎn)品粒度分布的重復(fù)性下降。
[Abstract]:Firstly, the width of crystal metastable zone of diammonium hydrogen phosphate solution with different iron ion content was measured by dynamic laser method, secondly, the effect of iron ion on crystal growth rate of diammonium hydrogen phosphate was studied by means of inverted microscope and single crystal growth method.In addition, the effect of doped iron ions on the particle size of diammonium hydrogen phosphate was investigated by analyzing the particle size distribution of the product.The results show that the width of the metastable zone increases from 3.32 鈩,
