成型及燒成溫度制度對(duì)3Y-TZP陶瓷結(jié)構(gòu)與性能影響的研究

【摘要】:本論文以3mol%Y2O3-Zr O2造粒粉為原料,采用干壓成型和冷等靜壓成型工藝制備條狀試樣,并在常壓燒結(jié)下制得3Y-TZP陶瓷。對(duì)燒結(jié)后的陶瓷試樣分別測(cè)定了其線收縮率、體積密度、顯氣孔率、抗折強(qiáng)度和維氏硬度等;利用XRD分析陶瓷試樣斷面和表面的晶型,利用SEM觀察斷面的微觀形貌,運(yùn)用線攔截法測(cè)定晶粒尺寸的大小。研究了成型及燒成溫度制度對(duì)3Y-TZP陶瓷結(jié)構(gòu)與性能的影響。同時(shí),本課題還對(duì)兩步燒結(jié)中T1和T2對(duì)3Y-TZP陶瓷結(jié)構(gòu)與性能的影響進(jìn)行了研究,并利用威布爾分布統(tǒng)計(jì)了不同燒結(jié)曲線下制得陶瓷試樣的使用可靠性。研究結(jié)果表明:在同一燒成溫度下,干壓75MPa后再結(jié)合150MPa冷等靜壓成型的試樣具有較高的相對(duì)密度、較低的氣孔率及線收縮率。當(dāng)3Y-TZP陶瓷未達(dá)到致密化時(shí),同一燒成溫度下,成型壓力對(duì)晶粒的大小幾乎沒有影響。在室溫的條件下,3Y-TZP陶瓷中t-Zr O2發(fā)生相變的晶粒尺寸d為0.161μmd0.585μm。1000℃之前以5℃/min,在1000℃~1300℃之間以0.5℃/min,1300℃~1480℃之間以6℃/min的升溫速率進(jìn)行升溫,在1480℃保溫90min的燒成溫度制度下制得的3Y-TZP陶瓷試樣的體積密度達(dá)到5.98 g/cm3,抗折強(qiáng)度最高達(dá)到704.65MPa,試樣的晶粒尺寸為0.528μm,大小均勻,Weibull模數(shù)m為7.56。與以2℃/min的速率升溫到1480℃,保溫180min制得的試樣相比,3Y-TZP陶瓷的性能得到改善,并且提高了其使用的可靠性。兩步燒結(jié)中,當(dāng)T1=1450℃、T2=1400℃時(shí),3Y-TZP陶瓷的性能最好。此時(shí),陶瓷的體積密度為6.04g/cm3,抗折強(qiáng)度為913.33MPa,維氏硬度為13548MPa,試樣的晶粒尺寸為0.464μm,Weibull模數(shù)m為9.31,使用可靠性較高。
[Abstract]:In this paper, 3mol%Y2O3-Zr O 2 granulation powder was used as raw material to prepare strip samples by dry compression molding and cold isostatic pressing, and 3Y-TZP ceramics were sintered under atmospheric pressure. The linear shrinkage and volume density of the sintered samples were measured. The apparent porosity, flexural strength and Vickers hardness were analyzed by XRD and the morphology of the cross section and surface were observed by SEM. The effects of molding and sintering temperature on the structure and properties of 3Y-TZP ceramics were studied by means of line intercept method. The effects of T1 and T2 on the structure and properties of 3Y-TZP ceramics during two-step sintering were also studied. By using Weibull distribution, the reliability of ceramic samples prepared under different sintering curves was calculated. The results show that the samples formed by dry pressure 75MPa and 150MPa cold isostatic pressing have high relative density at the same sintering temperature. Lower porosity and linear shrinkage.
