膜法曝氣氧化亞硫酸銨實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:以空氣為曝氣氣源,采用自制聚丙烯中空纖維膜接觸器為核心裝置,系統(tǒng)地考察了亞硫酸銨初始濃度、氣液比、液相流速、氣液相壓差、液相溫度、高濃度硫酸銨以及膜接觸器填充密度等因素對(duì)亞硫酸銨氧化率的影響.結(jié)果表明:亞硫酸銨氧化率隨其初始濃度的升高而降低;對(duì)于10L濃度為0.1mol/L的亞硫酸銨溶液,在氣液比為3∶1,液相流速為5L/min,氣液相壓差為0.015 MPa,液相溫度為50℃,膜接觸器填充密度為45%時(shí),反應(yīng)1h后,溶液氧化率達(dá)到98.94%;在空氣流量相同的情況下,膜法曝氣的氧化效果優(yōu)于傳統(tǒng)曝氣.研究結(jié)果初步證實(shí)了膜法曝氣工藝用于氧化亞硫酸銨溶液的可行性.
[Abstract]:Using air as aeration source and self-made polypropylene hollow fiber membrane contactor as the core device, the initial concentration of ammonium sulfite, the ratio of gas to liquid, the flow rate of liquid phase, the pressure difference of gas and liquid phase, and the temperature of liquid phase were systematically investigated. Effects of high concentration of ammonium sulfate and density of membrane contactor on the oxidation rate of ammonium sulfite. The results show that the oxidation rate of ammonium sulfite decreases with the increase of initial concentration, and for ammonium sulfite solution with 10L concentration of 0.1mol/L, the oxidation rate of ammonium sulfite decreases with the increase of the initial concentration of ammonium sulfite. When the gas-liquid ratio is 3: 1, the liquid flow rate is 5 L / min, the pressure difference between gas and liquid is 0.015 MPA, the liquid temperature is 50 鈩,
