工藝參數(shù)對石英砂透水磚性能影響的試驗研究

【摘要】:石英砂透水磚是以石英砂為骨料,將長石和黏土混合后摻入水玻璃配制高溫粘結(jié)劑,經(jīng)高溫燒制而成。通過性能測試和顯微結(jié)構(gòu)分析研究工藝參數(shù)對石英砂透水磚性能的影響。結(jié)果表明:隨石英砂粒徑的減小、水玻璃摻量適量增加和成型壓力的增大,透水磚的強度提高,透水系數(shù)減小;在700~1000℃范圍內(nèi),隨燒成溫度升高,透水磚強度提高,透水系數(shù)略有增大;適當延長余熱保溫時間有助于透水磚強度和透水性的提高。經(jīng)高溫粘結(jié)劑綜合熱分析,確定在1000℃條件下燒成透水磚最合適。
[Abstract]:Quartz sand permeable brick is made of quartz sand as aggregate, mixing feldspar and clay and adding water glass to prepare high temperature binder. The effect of process parameters on the properties of quartz sand permeable brick was studied by means of performance test and microstructure analysis. The results showed that with the decrease of quartz sand particle size, the amount of water glass increased and the molding pressure increased. The strength of the permeable brick increases and the permeability coefficient decreases, and the strength of the brick increases with the increase of sintering temperature, and the permeability coefficient increases slightly in the range of 700 鈩,
