【摘要】：采用浸沒沉淀相轉(zhuǎn)化法制備聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)平板膜,研究了親水性添加劑聚醋酸乙烯酯(PVAc)的含量對膜的結(jié)構(gòu)及親水性、水通量、截留率、抗污染性等性能的影響。結(jié)果表明,添加劑PVAc可以明顯改善膜的親水性、抗污染性,純水通量也得到明顯提高,但PVAc含量較高時,膜的純水通量下降。當(dāng)PVAc含量為2%時,膜的綜合性能最好,純水通量達(dá)到238 L/(m~2·h),對BSA的截留率為93.2%,純水通量恢復(fù)率達(dá)90.3%。
[Abstract]:The prepared by immersion precipitation phase inversion of polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) membrane, hydrophilic additive of polyvinyl acetate (PVAc) content on the membrane structure and hydrophilicity, water flux, retention rate, effect of anti pollution performance. The results show that the additive PVAc can significantly improve the hydrophilicity film, anti pollution, pure water flux increased, but the content of PVAc is higher, flux decreased. When the content of PVAc is 2%, the comprehensive performance of the best film, the pure water flux up to 238 L/ (m~2 - H), on the retention rate of BSA is 93.2%, the pure water flux recovery rate reached 90.3%.
