鋅焙砂浸出制備鐵酸鋅研究

【摘要】:本文以含鋅53.35%、含鐵13.51%及鐵酸鋅13.97%的鋅焙砂為原料,在對(duì)鋅焙砂粒度分析、X-熒光多元素半定量分析、XRD分析及鋅鐵物相分析基礎(chǔ)上,采用硫酸做浸出劑,研究始酸濃度、液固比、攪拌速度、浸出溫度、浸出時(shí)間等因素對(duì)浸出渣物性的影響。結(jié)果表明,獲取高含量ZnFe_2O_4浸出產(chǎn)品的試驗(yàn)條件為:始酸濃度100 g/L、液固比8∶1、攪拌速度400 r/min、浸出溫度75℃、浸出時(shí)間120 min。
[Abstract]:In this paper, zinc calcine containing 53.35% zinc, 13.51% iron and 13.97% zinc ferrate was used as raw material. On the basis of X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis and zinc iron phase analysis, the initial acid concentration and liquid-solid ratio were studied by using sulfuric acid as leaching agent. The effects of stirring rate, leaching temperature and leaching time on the physical properties of leaching slag were studied. The results show that the experimental conditions for obtaining high content ZnFe_2O_4 leaching products are as follows: initial acid concentration 100g / L, liquid-solid ratio 8: 1, stirring speed 400rpm, leaching temperature 75 鈩,
