啤酒—電鍍廢水雙處理微生物燃料電池的構建及群落結構分析

【摘要】:微生物燃料電池(Microbial Fuel Cell,MFC)是一種以產電微生物作為催化劑,直接將化學能轉化為電能的裝置,是微生物與電池技術相結合與發(fā)展的產物。MFC可以處理多種廢水,包括染料廢水、啤酒廢水、糖蜜廢水、生活污水、電鍍廢水等。其中,啤酒廢水和糖蜜廢水具有濃度高且有機物含量高的特點,可以用于MFC陽極底物,為陽極產電微生物提供營養(yǎng);電鍍廢水因其含有重金屬離子,使其具有強氧化性和高氧化還原電位的特點,可以用于MFC陰極液作為電子受體。此外,MFC還具有淡化海水和產能發(fā)電等多重功能,對未來的現實應用研究具有深遠的意義。本研究首先構建了分別以啤酒廢水、糖蜜廢水和啤酒-糖蜜混合廢水作為陽極底物,電鍍廢水作為陰極電極液的MFC;其次,平行構建陽極電極有效面積為25 cm2、50 cm2和75 cm2的MFC;隨后,平行構建陽極電極液溫度分別為20±2℃和35±2℃的MFC,考察各個裝置的產電性能和污水處理效果;最后采用454高通量測序技術對MFC陽極微生物群落進行了分析。實驗結果顯示:(1)以糖蜜廢水作為陽極電極液的MFC產電量和COD去除率最高,啤酒廢水次之,啤酒-糖蜜混合廢水最低。其最高電壓和功率密度可達356.3 mV和36.21 mW/m2,第3周期時COD去除率達到最高的69.29%,實驗結束時陰極銀離子濃度最低至304 mg/L;(2)以陽極電極有效面積為75cm2的MFC產電量和COD去除率最高,50 cm2次之,25cm2最低。其最高電壓和功率密度可達375.1 mV和18.76mW/m2,第3周期時COD去除率達到最高的68.88%,實驗結束時陰極銀離子濃度最低至309 mg/L;(3)以陽極室電極液溫度為35±2℃的MFC產電量和COD去除率最高,20±2℃最低。其最高電壓和功率密度可達312.4 mV和19.52 mW/m2,第3周期時COD去除率達到最高的68.17%,實驗結束時陰極銀離子濃度最低至305 mg/L;(4)在以啤酒廢水作為陽極diajiye的MFC中,其產電優(yōu)勢菌有8種,其中Ethanoligenens_uncultured_bacterium為主要優(yōu)勢菌種。Pectinatus_unclassified、Bacteroidales_unclassified、Raoultella_unclassified、Enterobacter_unclassified和Veillonellaceae_unclassified為未知菌種。研究表明,構建啤酒-電鍍廢水雙處理MFC具有可行性,陽極電極液、陽極電極有效面積和溫度都對雙極室MFC的產電性能和污水處理效率有影響,以啤酒廢水作為陽極電極液的MFC中Ethanoligenens_uncultured_bacterium為主要優(yōu)勢菌種。
[Abstract]:Microbial Fuel cell (MFC) is a device that directly converts chemical energy into electric energy using electroproducing microorganism as catalyst. It is a product of the combination and development of microorganism and battery technology. MFC can treat many kinds of wastewater, including dye wastewater. Beer wastewater, molasses wastewater, domestic sewage, electroplating wastewater, etc. Among them, beer wastewater and molasses wastewater have the characteristics of high concentration and high organic content, which can be used as anode substrate of MFC and provide nutrition for anode electroproducing microorganism. Electroplating wastewater can be used as electron acceptor because of its strong oxidation and high redox potential because of its heavy metal ions. In addition, it also has many functions such as desalination of seawater and power generation. It is of great significance for future practical application research. Firstly, MFCs with beer wastewater, molasses wastewater and beer-molasses mixed wastewater as anode substrate and electroplating wastewater as cathode electrode solution were constructed.
