高溫后橡膠粉摻量對高強(qiáng)混凝土抗壓強(qiáng)度的影響

【摘要】:設(shè)置了6個不同溫度梯度、3種橡膠粉摻量,來研究高溫后橡膠粉摻量對高強(qiáng)橡膠混凝土抗壓強(qiáng)度及其離散性的影響,并采用壓汞法探究溫度、橡膠粉摻量對橡膠混凝土內(nèi)部孔結(jié)構(gòu)的影響規(guī)律。研究表明:同一溫度下,橡膠混凝土抗壓強(qiáng)度隨橡膠粉摻量的增加而降低,抗壓強(qiáng)度離散性降低;同一橡膠粉摻量水平下,高溫后混凝土抗壓強(qiáng)度降低,而抗壓強(qiáng)度離散性隨溫度的升高出現(xiàn)先增加后減小的現(xiàn)象,400℃時橡膠混凝土抗壓強(qiáng)度離散性最大;并且隨著溫度的升高,橡膠粉的摻入量,對抗壓強(qiáng)度的影響程度逐漸減弱。常溫下,隨著摻量的增加,最可幾孔徑略微增加,并且具有向大孔移動的趨勢;當(dāng)橡膠粉摻量為6%,300℃時最可幾孔徑升高,但升高幅度不大,強(qiáng)度下降幅度較小;500℃時最可幾孔徑明顯右移,橡膠混凝土強(qiáng)度大幅下降。
[Abstract]:In order to study the influence of rubber powder content on the compressive strength and dispersion of high strength rubber concrete after high temperature, six different temperature gradients and three kinds of rubber powder were set up, and the temperature was investigated by mercury injection method. The influence of rubber powder content on the internal pore structure of rubber concrete. The results show that the compressive strength of rubber concrete decreases with the increase of rubber powder content, and the dispersion of compressive strength decreases with the increase of rubber powder content at the same temperature.
