【摘要】:采用普通化學(xué)浸漬法和超聲浸漬法分別制備了負(fù)載Pt質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)為0.5%、1.0%和2.0%的Pt/γ-Al_2O_3催化劑,并對(duì)其結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行表征。研究了制備條件和反應(yīng)條件對(duì)催化劑性能的影響。結(jié)果表明,超聲浸漬法制備的負(fù)載Pt質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)為1%的催化劑在氧碳比(n(O_2)/n(CO))為1.5,空速(VHSV)為6000~9000h~(-1),反應(yīng)溫度為120~140℃條件下,可以在較長時(shí)間內(nèi)將出口的CO體積分?jǐn)?shù)降至10×10~(-6)以下。
[Abstract]:Pt/ 緯 -Al _ 2O _ 3 catalysts supported on 0.5% Pt and 2.0% wt% Al _ 2O _ 3 were prepared by chemical impregnation method and ultrasonic impregnation method, respectively. The structure of the catalysts was characterized. The effects of preparation conditions and reaction conditions on the performance of the catalysts were studied.
