【摘要】:采用普通化學浸漬法和超聲浸漬法分別制備了負載Pt質(zhì)量分數(shù)為0.5%、1.0%和2.0%的Pt/γ-Al_2O_3催化劑,并對其結(jié)構(gòu)進行表征。研究了制備條件和反應條件對催化劑性能的影響。結(jié)果表明,超聲浸漬法制備的負載Pt質(zhì)量分數(shù)為1%的催化劑在氧碳比(n(O_2)/n(CO))為1.5,空速(VHSV)為6000~9000h~(-1),反應溫度為120~140℃條件下,可以在較長時間內(nèi)將出口的CO體積分數(shù)降至10×10~(-6)以下。
[Abstract]:Pt/ 緯 -Al _ 2O _ 3 catalysts supported on 0.5% Pt and 2.0% wt% Al _ 2O _ 3 were prepared by chemical impregnation method and ultrasonic impregnation method, respectively. The structure of the catalysts was characterized. The effects of preparation conditions and reaction conditions on the performance of the catalysts were studied.
