燒結(jié)升溫速率對(duì)鈦酸鋇陶瓷壓電性能的影響

【摘要】:采用固相反應(yīng)方法在不同燒結(jié)升溫速率下制備了BaTiO_3陶瓷,并對(duì)陶瓷樣品的晶體結(jié)構(gòu)、表面形貌、介電、壓電和鐵電性能進(jìn)行了測(cè)試和分析。結(jié)果表明:當(dāng)燒結(jié)升溫速率為3℃/min和5℃/min時(shí)陶瓷均為四方鈣鈦礦晶格結(jié)構(gòu),隨升溫速率的增大,四方相程度增強(qiáng),材料平均晶粒尺寸減小,壓電系數(shù)和鐵電性能隨之降低,但介電常數(shù)隨之增大,當(dāng)燒結(jié)升溫速率為5℃/min介電常數(shù)最大,其值為3144。當(dāng)燒結(jié)升溫速率為1℃/min時(shí)陶瓷為正交鈣鈦礦晶格結(jié)構(gòu)d_(33)和P_r最大,其值為P_r=10μC/cm~2和d_(33)=193 pC/N。
[Abstract]:BaTiO_3 ceramics were prepared by solid state reaction at different sintering temperature rates. The crystal structure, surface morphology and dielectric properties of the ceramics were investigated. The piezoelectric and ferroelectric properties were measured and analyzed.
