某化工罐區(qū)固定式消防系統(tǒng)研究與設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:保障人的生命安全,保護(hù)國(guó)家和集體的財(cái)產(chǎn),是消防工程的首要任務(wù)。固定式消防滅火系統(tǒng)是安裝在建筑物內(nèi)部或周?chē)墓潭缁鹪O(shè)備,能快速準(zhǔn)確的發(fā)現(xiàn)火災(zāi)信息,迅速有效撲滅火災(zāi),在火災(zāi)事故起到重要的作用。開(kāi)放空間、石油罐區(qū)滅火和大空間火災(zāi)探測(cè)技術(shù)長(zhǎng)期以來(lái)是兩個(gè)世界性的消防難題,也是國(guó)內(nèi)外消防界競(jìng)相研究的課題。論文首先針對(duì)固定式消防系統(tǒng)研究進(jìn)行闡述,對(duì)感溫光纖泡沫滅火系統(tǒng)和圖像消防炮滅火系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)地介紹。其次,設(shè)計(jì)了感溫光纖滅火系統(tǒng)。感溫光纖滅火系統(tǒng)安裝在罐區(qū)頂部,可以迅速發(fā)現(xiàn)火災(zāi),起到很好的初期滅火作用。固定式消防炮滅火系統(tǒng)采用主動(dòng)火災(zāi)信號(hào)探測(cè)方式,將圖像探火技術(shù)、自動(dòng)定位技術(shù)、數(shù)控消防炮技術(shù)有機(jī)結(jié)合,運(yùn)用在火災(zāi)發(fā)展初期、中期、后期的整個(gè)過(guò)程。具有火災(zāi)發(fā)現(xiàn)及時(shí),誤判率低,滅火現(xiàn)場(chǎng)可視化等特點(diǎn)。系統(tǒng)既包含了罐區(qū)噴淋滅火系統(tǒng),可以直接有效滅掉早期火災(zāi),又包含圖像消防炮滅火系統(tǒng),在火災(zāi)發(fā)展的整個(gè)過(guò)程中都可以起到很好滅火、降溫的作用。解決了對(duì)于室外開(kāi)放空間,傳統(tǒng)火災(zāi)報(bào)警系統(tǒng)不能解決的問(wèn)題。最后,將該系統(tǒng)成功應(yīng)用于某二期罐區(qū)擴(kuò)建項(xiàng)目中。
[Abstract]:Ensuring the safety of human life and protecting national and collective property are the primary tasks of fire protection projects. Fixed fire extinguishing systems are fixed fire extinguishing equipment installed inside or around buildings, which can quickly and accurately detect fire information. The rapid and effective extinguishing of fire plays an important role in the fire accident. Open space, oil tank fire extinguishing and large space fire detection technology have been two worldwide fire problems for a long time. It is also a hot research topic in the field of fire protection at home and abroad. Firstly, the paper expatiates on the research of fixed fire fighting system, introduces the fiber-optic foam fire extinguishing system and the image fire extinguishing system in detail. Secondly, A temperature-sensing fiber-optic fire extinguishing system is designed, which is installed on the top of the tank area, which can quickly find the fire and play a good role in the initial fire extinguishing. The fixed fire extinguishing system adopts the active fire signal detection method. The image detection technology, automatic positioning technology and numerical control fire gun technology are organically combined to apply in the whole process of fire development in the early, middle and late stages. It has the advantages of timely fire detection and low misjudgment rate. The system not only includes the sprinkler system in the tank area, but also includes the image fire extinguishing system, which can extinguish the fire in the whole process of the fire development. It solves the problem that the traditional fire alarm system can not solve the problem of outdoor open space. Finally, the system is successfully applied in the extension project of a second stage tank area.
