雙相雙包覆氫氧化鎂微膠囊的實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:隨著聚合物材料的快速發(fā)展,阻燃劑作為聚合物材料中常用的添加劑而得到廣泛的使用。氫氧化鎂阻燃劑作為一種無(wú)煙環(huán)保添加型阻燃劑因其來(lái)源廣、高效無(wú)污染而受到關(guān)注。氫氧化鎂也因其粉體顆粒表面極性大,添加到聚合物材料中會(huì)使聚合物材料的機(jī)械性能降低,阻礙了其應(yīng)用。因此通過(guò)對(duì)氫氧化鎂進(jìn)行表面改性成為克服其在聚合物材料分散性差的常用方法。本文首先對(duì)工業(yè)氫氧化鎂進(jìn)行了水熱處理。探討了在高壓反應(yīng)釜中水熱提純工業(yè)氫氧化鎂的影響因素,并得到了最優(yōu)條件為氫氧化鈉濃度為4mol/L、反應(yīng)時(shí)間為4h、反應(yīng)溫度為180℃、氫氧化鎂質(zhì)量為8g、轉(zhuǎn)速為160r/min。對(duì)經(jīng)過(guò)水熱提純的氫氧化鎂進(jìn)行表征發(fā)現(xiàn),提純后的氫氧化鎂晶體形貌為棒狀或邊緣圓滑的片狀,并對(duì)影響氫氧化鎂水熱結(jié)晶的因素進(jìn)行了理論探討。本文采用原位聚合法,以三聚氰胺和多聚甲醛為壁材,以氫氧化鎂為芯材制備密胺樹(shù)脂(MF)氫氧化鎂微膠囊,以硬脂酸(SA)為壁材,氫氧化鎂為芯材制備了硬脂酸氫氧化鎂微膠囊。MF微膠囊化氫氧化鎂的影響因素主要討論了氫氧化鎂粉體與MF預(yù)聚體的質(zhì)量比與反應(yīng)時(shí)間,并在溫度為75℃,攪拌速率為500r/min條件下最優(yōu)條件為氫氧化鎂粉體與MF預(yù)聚體的質(zhì)量比為3:1,反應(yīng)時(shí)間為6h;SA微膠囊化氫氧化鎂的影響因素主要討論了氫氧化鎂粉體的質(zhì)量、反應(yīng)時(shí)間、攪拌速率、反應(yīng)溫度、溶劑無(wú)水乙醇的用量,且在轉(zhuǎn)速一定的情況下最優(yōu)條件為氫氧化鎂粉體的質(zhì)量為16g,反應(yīng)時(shí)間為1h,硬脂酸的質(zhì)量為2.5g,反應(yīng)溫度為20℃,無(wú)水乙醇體積為30ml,并對(duì)得到的單層氫氧化鎂微膠囊進(jìn)行了表征。采用上述制備氫氧化鎂微膠囊的最優(yōu)條件制備雙層氫氧化鎂微膠囊,并對(duì)雙層氫氧化鎂微膠囊的進(jìn)行了表征,得到的雙層氫氧化鎂微膠囊的阻燃性能優(yōu)于單層氫氧化鎂微膠囊,雙層包覆的氫氧化鎂微膠囊相較于單層包覆的氫氧化鎂微膠囊對(duì)初始分解溫度的降低更為顯著,高溫條件下的熱穩(wěn)定性更好,分散性更佳。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of polymer materials, flame retardant additives used as polymer materials are widely used. Flame retardant magnesium hydroxide as a smokeless environment-friendly flame retardants because of its wide source, no pollution and high attention. Because of the magnesium hydroxide powder particle surface polarity, added to the polymer material will the mechanical properties of polymer materials reduced, hinders its application. Therefore the surface of magnesium hydroxide is modified into a common method overcome their poor dispersion in polymer materials. Firstly, the hydrothermal treatment of industrial magnesium hydroxide. To explore the influencing factors of water and heat in a high-pressure reaction kettle for purification of industrial magnesium hydroxide, and obtained the optimal the conditions for the concentration of sodium hydroxide was 4mol/L, reaction time 4h, reaction temperature is 180 DEG C, the quality of magnesium hydroxide was 8g, the speed of 160r/min. through the water 鐑彁綰殑姘㈡哀鍖栭晛榪涜琛ㄥ緛鍙戠幇,鎻愮函鍚庣殑姘㈡哀鍖栭晛鏅朵綋褰㈣矊涓烘鐘舵垨杈圭紭鍦嗘粦鐨勭墖鐘,
