層疊式3D打印工藝在陶瓷產(chǎn)品造型設(shè)計(jì)中的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:本文以層疊式3D打印工藝下陶瓷產(chǎn)品造型設(shè)計(jì)為研究對(duì)象,旨在研究在層疊式3D打印工藝下可以設(shè)計(jì)制作什么樣的造型,什么樣的造型能夠突出工藝特點(diǎn)且有別于傳統(tǒng)造型。分析工藝下陶瓷產(chǎn)品造型設(shè)計(jì)方法、設(shè)計(jì)要素、設(shè)計(jì)基本原則的應(yīng)用,總結(jié)出造型特點(diǎn)以及適宜工藝制作的造型,提取典型視覺(jué)元素進(jìn)行具體方案設(shè)計(jì)。通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)研究法,分析了層疊式3D打印工藝在陶瓷領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀,以及工藝出現(xiàn)的背景;通過(guò)實(shí)地調(diào)研法,研究了打印機(jī)的工作原理、工藝的流程,對(duì)比了層疊式3D打印工藝與傳統(tǒng)成型工藝的區(qū)別,總結(jié)出工藝的特點(diǎn);通過(guò)實(shí)驗(yàn)法,分析不同設(shè)計(jì)要素對(duì)3D打印工藝下陶瓷產(chǎn)品造型的影響,總結(jié)出造型特點(diǎn)以及適宜工藝制作的造型樣式如:具有內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)造型、幾何機(jī)械造型、具有均勻?qū)盈B紋理的造型。最后進(jìn)行陶瓷產(chǎn)品市場(chǎng)調(diào)研,給出設(shè)計(jì)定位,提取雪花元素、運(yùn)用點(diǎn)元素設(shè)計(jì)方法進(jìn)行具有內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)的陶瓷杯墊設(shè)計(jì),提取幾何元素、運(yùn)用點(diǎn)、面元素設(shè)計(jì)方法進(jìn)行幾何機(jī)械造型的陶瓷餐具設(shè)計(jì);提取山水元素,運(yùn)用體、線元素設(shè)計(jì)方法進(jìn)行具有均勻?qū)盈B紋理的陶瓷花瓶設(shè)計(jì)。通過(guò)本課題的研究,豐富了陶瓷產(chǎn)品的造型樣式,使得陶瓷產(chǎn)品造型設(shè)計(jì)更加自由化,給陶瓷產(chǎn)品行業(yè)在使用層疊式3D打印工藝進(jìn)行造型設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)提供參考。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the modeling design of ceramic products based on stacked 3D printing process is studied. The purpose of this paper is to study what kind of modeling can be designed and made under the laminated 3D printing process. What kind of modeling can highlight the characteristics of the process and is different from the traditional modeling. This paper analyzes the application of modeling methods, design elements and basic design principles of ceramic products under the process, and summarizes the characteristics of the modeling and the modeling suitable for the production of the process. Abstract typical visual elements for specific project design. Through literature research, the paper analyzes the application status of stacked 3D printing technology in the ceramic field, and the background of the process, through field investigation, the working principle of printer is studied. In the process of 3D printing, the differences between the stacked 3D printing process and the traditional molding technology are compared, and the characteristics of the process are summarized, and the effects of different design elements on the ceramic product modeling under the 3D printing process are analyzed by the experimental method. The characteristics of the ceramic products and the suitable modeling styles are summarized, such as: internal structure modeling, geometric mechanical modeling, uniform stacking texture. Finally, the market research of ceramic products is carried out, the design orientation is given, and the snowflake element is extracted. The ceramic coaster with internal structure is designed by the point element design method, the geometric element is extracted, the ceramic tableware with geometric mechanical modeling is designed by the point and surface element design method, the landscape element is extracted, the body is used, The line element design method is used to design ceramic vase with uniform laminated texture. Through the research of this subject, it enriches the modeling style of ceramic products and makes the modeling design of ceramic products more liberalized. It provides reference for ceramic product industry to use stacked 3D printing process for modeling design.
