【摘要】：為了評估顆粒整形過程對環(huán)境的影響,采用貨幣化的生命周期影響評價方法分析顆粒整形再生骨料混凝土的物化環(huán)境影響,核算3組不同配合比的天然骨料混凝土和顆粒整形再生混凝土的環(huán)境影響成本。研究表明:顆粒整形再生混凝土的物化環(huán)境影響低于天然骨料混凝土,且混凝土的環(huán)境影響隨著再生粗骨料替代率的增加而降低;經(jīng)顆粒整形強化后的再生骨料對環(huán)境影響折減的效果明顯,具有顯著的環(huán)境效益。
[Abstract]:In order to evaluate the impact of particle shaping process on environment, a monetized life-cycle impact assessment method was used to analyze the physical and chemical environmental impact of recycled aggregate concrete. The environmental impact costs of three groups of natural aggregate concrete and granular plastic recycled concrete with different mix ratio were calculated. The results show that the physical and chemical environmental impact of granular plastic recycled concrete is lower than that of natural aggregate concrete. The environmental impact of concrete decreases with the increase of the replacement rate of recycled coarse aggregate, and the effect of recycled aggregate reinforced by particle shaping on the environmental impact is obvious and has significant environmental benefits.
