水分對分子篩結(jié)構(gòu)及吸附性能的影響

【摘要】:分子篩是變壓吸附制氧過程中最重要的組分,使用中該組分常出現(xiàn)吸水失效問題,極大地影響了氧產(chǎn)量及濃度.針對此問題,本文以HD-1型和PU-8型分子篩為原料,通過在不同溫度(100、200、300、400℃)下活化得到不同含水量的分子篩,并通過對不同材料的結(jié)構(gòu)形貌、熱性能及吸附性能的表征分析了水分對分子篩結(jié)構(gòu)及吸附性能的影響.研究結(jié)果表明:水分不會破壞分子篩的骨架結(jié)構(gòu),但會增大晶胞參數(shù),并導(dǎo)致HD-1型分子篩中陽離子遷移;分子篩中的物理吸附水和化學(xué)結(jié)晶水會影響其吸附性能,其中物理吸附水的影響最大;活化有效提高了分子篩的吸附性能,且溫度越高,含水量越少,吸附性能越好;在150~180℃下活化,將物理吸附水脫附后,分子篩的吸附能力可恢復(fù)70%,可在此溫度下進行吸附器內(nèi)低溫活化;在400℃下活化,脫除化學(xué)結(jié)晶水,分子篩吸附性能可100%恢復(fù),400℃為兩種分子篩的最佳活化溫度.
[Abstract]:Molecular sieve is the most important component in the process of oxygen production by pressure swing adsorption. The water absorption failure problem often occurs in the use of molecular sieve, which greatly affects the oxygen production and concentration. In view of this problem, HD-1 and PU-8 molecular sieves are used as raw materials in this paper. The molecular sieve with different water content was obtained by activation at different temperatures, and the structure and morphology of different materials were also studied. The effects of water on the molecular sieve structure and adsorption performance were analyzed. The results showed that water would not destroy the skeleton structure of the molecular sieve, but would increase the unit cell parameters and lead to cationic migration in HD-1 molecular sieve. The physical adsorption water and chemical crystallization water in molecular sieve will affect the adsorption performance of molecular sieve, among which the physical adsorption water will be the most important, the activation can effectively improve the adsorption performance of molecular sieve, and the higher the temperature, the less the water content, the better the adsorbability of molecular sieve.
