【摘要】:能源短缺是制約社會經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的短板,合理有效使用能源是人類可持續(xù)發(fā)展必須堅持的原則。在我國經(jīng)濟高速發(fā)展的背景下,一次能源消費量急劇增加,而建筑能耗占社會總能耗的30%左右,并且這一比例有持續(xù)上升的趨勢,所以建筑領(lǐng)域的節(jié)能潛力很大,對進一步加快建設(shè)資源節(jié)約型、環(huán)境友好型社會以及保障我國能源安全意義重大。在建筑能耗中,農(nóng)村住宅由于經(jīng)濟科技水平限制,建筑能耗水平一直居高不下,但其節(jié)能潛力較大,未來也是建筑節(jié)能工作的重點。在建筑節(jié)能材料快速發(fā)展的背景下,混凝土夾心秸稈砌塊作為一種新型墻體自保溫材料,在嚴寒地區(qū)、寒冷地區(qū)使用推廣,符合墻體節(jié)能改革的需要,具有廣闊的市場和應(yīng)用前景。本文的一系列研究為該砌塊在農(nóng)村住宅中廣泛應(yīng)用提供試驗依據(jù)及數(shù)值模擬依據(jù);炷翃A心秸稈砌塊的研究有著重大的學術(shù)價值、工程意義和經(jīng)濟效益。近年由于農(nóng)民生活方式的改變,大量農(nóng)作物秸稈被堆棄、焚燒,已成為PM2.5主要來源之一,對人民的生存環(huán)境造成了一定的不利影響。黃淮海地區(qū)村鎮(zhèn)建筑多采用粘土燒結(jié)磚、普通混凝土空心砌塊等塊材,粘土燒結(jié)磚耗費大量能源與土地資源,普通混凝土空心砌塊熱工性能差。因此,開發(fā)利用混凝土夾心秸稈砌塊這種新型節(jié)能建材,對于減少圍護結(jié)構(gòu)傳熱,降低建筑物的耗能,達到節(jié)能環(huán)保目標有重要意義。針對以上問題與現(xiàn)狀,課題組利用農(nóng)作物秸稈制備綠色保溫建材、改善村鎮(zhèn)建筑熱濕環(huán)境方面開展了許多研究工作。本文的研究對象是新型節(jié)能建筑——混凝土夾心秸稈砌塊房屋,通過試驗測定其耗冷量指標及采暖耗電量指標,對其保溫性能和吸放濕性能展開試驗研究,探明混凝土夾心秸稈砌塊房屋的整體保溫節(jié)能性能。前期主要通過物理實驗對房屋耗能測試,后期通過我國自主研發(fā)的建筑能耗模擬軟件DeST對試驗進行模擬分析,對比分析混凝土夾心秸稈砌塊房屋的保溫性能。并用DeST分析建筑物的層高、朝向、窗墻比、窗戶類型、墻體材料對建筑物的能耗影響。希望本文的研究能對寒冷地區(qū)乃至整個夏熱冬冷地區(qū)建筑節(jié)能工作的開展提供部分理論依據(jù)和工程應(yīng)用價值。
[Abstract]:Energy shortage is a short board that restricts the social and economic development. The rational and effective use of energy is the principle that must be adhered to in the sustainable development of human beings. Under the background of rapid economic development in China, the consumption of primary energy increases sharply. And building energy consumption accounts for about 30% of the total energy consumption in society, and this proportion has a continuous rising trend. Therefore, the energy saving potential in the construction field is very large, which will further accelerate the construction of resource-conserving type. Environmental friendly society and the protection of energy security in China are of great significance. In building energy consumption, the energy consumption level of rural residential buildings has been high due to the restriction of economic and technological level, but its energy saving potential is great. In the background of the rapid development of building energy-saving materials, the concrete sandwich straw block, as a new type of wall self-insulation material, is widely used in cold areas and cold areas. In line with the wall energy conservation reform needs, A series of studies in this paper provide experimental basis and numerical simulation basis for the wide application of this block in rural housing. The research of concrete sandwich straw block has great academic value. Engineering significance and economic benefit. In recent years, due to the change of farmers' lifestyle, a large number of crop stalks have been dumped and burned, which has become one of the main sources of PM2.5. The village buildings in Huanghuai and Huai Hai areas often use clay sintered bricks, ordinary concrete hollow blocks and other blocks. Clay sintered bricks consume a great deal of energy and land resources. The thermal performance of ordinary concrete hollow block is poor. Therefore, the development and utilization of concrete sandwich straw block, a new energy saving building material, can reduce heat transfer in enclosure structure and reduce building energy consumption. It is of great significance to achieve the goal of energy saving and environmental protection. In view of the above problems and the present situation, the research group used crop straw to prepare green thermal insulation building materials. A lot of research work has been carried out to improve the thermal and wet environment of village buildings. The research object of this paper is a new type of energy-saving building-concrete sandwich straw block building. The cooling consumption index and heating power consumption index are measured through experiments. The performance of heat preservation and moisture absorption and desorption is studied, and the whole heat preservation and energy saving performance of the concrete sandwich straw block building is proved. The energy consumption of the building is mainly tested by physical experiments in the early stage. In the later period, the test was simulated and analyzed by the building energy consumption simulation software DeST developed by our country, and the thermal insulation performance of the concrete sandwich straw block building was compared and analyzed. The height, orientation, window wall ratio, window type of the building were analyzed by DeST. It is hoped that the research in this paper can provide some theoretical basis and engineering application value for the development of building energy conservation in cold areas and even in the whole hot summer and cold winter areas.
