鹽凍融環(huán)境下鋼筋混凝土黏結-滑移本構模型

【摘要】:為了探索鹽凍融環(huán)境下鋼筋混凝土的黏結-滑移性能及其本構模型,通過自主研制的雙向受壓型鋼筋混凝土拉拔裝置和鋼筋銑槽內(nèi)貼應變片的測試方法,對經(jīng)歷了鹽凍融循環(huán)作用的鋼筋混凝土試件進行中心拉拔試驗.結果表明:隨著鹽凍融循環(huán)次數(shù)的增加,試件的極限黏結強度呈線性下降趨勢,自由端起滑荷載逐漸減小,劈裂破壞時的自由端滑移量先減小后增大;加載初期黏結應力峰值靠近加載端,隨著荷載的增加,黏結應力峰值向自由端移動,且隨試件鹽凍融損傷程度的增加,峰值移動趨勢愈趨明顯.結合理論分析,獲得了試件的黏結應力和滑移量沿錨固長度分布規(guī)律,并在此基礎上構建了鹽凍融環(huán)境下考慮位置函數(shù)的鋼筋混凝土黏結-滑移本構模型.所得結果可為寒區(qū)氯鹽環(huán)境下鋼筋混凝土構件的有限元分析和耐久性評估提供理論依據(jù).
[Abstract]:In order to explore the cement-slip behavior of reinforced concrete and its constitutive model under salt freeze-thaw environment, the self-developed bidirectional compression type reinforced concrete drawing device and the test method of strain gauges in the milling groove of steel bar were developed. The central drawing test of reinforced concrete specimens subjected to salt freezing and thawing cycles is carried out. The results show that with the increase of salt freezing and thawing cycles, the ultimate bond strength of the specimens decreases linearly, and the sliding load at the free end decreases gradually. At the beginning of loading, the peak value of bond stress is close to the loading end, and with the increase of load, the peak value of bond stress moves to the free end, and the damage degree increases with the freezing and thawing of salt. The trend of peak movement is becoming more and more obvious. Based on the theoretical analysis, the distribution of bond stress and slip along the anchoring length is obtained. On this basis, a reinforced concrete cement-slip constitutive model considering the position function in the freezing and thawing environment is constructed. The results can provide a theoretical basis for the finite element analysis and durability evaluation of reinforced concrete members under the cold chloride environment.
