造紙白泥摻量對(duì)頁(yè)巖磚性能的影響

【摘要】:為了得到最優(yōu)性能造紙白泥頁(yè)巖磚,通過加入不同的造紙白泥摻量(0%、10%、15%、20%)和燒結(jié)工藝對(duì)頁(yè)巖磚進(jìn)行物理、力學(xué)試驗(yàn)。研究結(jié)果表明,隨著造紙白泥摻量的增加,試件的燒失量、收縮率、吸水率增大,體積密度、抗壓強(qiáng)度降低,當(dāng)燒結(jié)溫度為950℃~1 050℃,白泥摻量控制在15%內(nèi)時(shí)可滿足《燒結(jié)普通磚》(GB5101-2003)的規(guī)定,造紙白泥顆粒粒徑小且數(shù)量較少時(shí),可以有效降低磚體石灰爆裂的發(fā)生。
[Abstract]:In order to obtain the best performance of the white mud shale brick, the physical and mechanical tests of the shale brick were carried out by adding different amount of white mud into paper making and sintering process. The results showed that the burning loss of the sample was increased with the increase of the white mud content in paper making.
