石墨烯在聚乳酸膨脹阻燃中的協(xié)效作用

【摘要】:利用改進(jìn)的Hummers法制備氧化石墨,再進(jìn)一步制備石墨烯(GR)。將GR作為協(xié)效劑與膨脹型阻燃劑(IFR)復(fù)配,應(yīng)用于生物可降解材料聚乳酸(PLA)的阻燃改性,研究GR在PLA膨脹阻燃中的協(xié)效作用。采用原子力顯微鏡、熱重分析儀、氧指數(shù)儀、水平垂直燃燒測(cè)定儀、掃描電子顯微鏡、激光拉曼光譜對(duì)GR、PLA的性能進(jìn)行表征。結(jié)果表明,制備的GR為單片層結(jié)構(gòu),其在N_2條件下700℃時(shí)有84.9%的殘留量;加入IFR和GR后PLA復(fù)合材料均達(dá)到UL-94 V0級(jí)別,且LOI顯著提高,GR能夠顯著提高PLA膨脹阻燃體系的熱穩(wěn)定性和阻燃性能。
[Abstract]:Graphite oxide was prepared by improved Hummers method, and graphene GRN was further prepared. Gr was used as a synergistic agent and an intumescent flame retardant to modify the flame retardant of biodegradable poly (lactic acid). The synergistic effect of gr on intumescent flame retardancy of PLA was studied. The properties of PLA were characterized by atomic force microscope, thermogravimetric analyzer, oxygen index meter, horizontal and vertical combustion tester, scanning electron microscope and laser Raman spectroscopy.
