高品味錳泥中浸出硫酸錳實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:采用硫酸亞鐵為還原劑,對(duì)摻加副產(chǎn)錳泥的硫酸錳母液進(jìn)行還原浸出進(jìn)而制得硫酸錳。通過(guò)分析攪拌速度、反應(yīng)溫度、反應(yīng)時(shí)間、m(錳泥)∶m(硫酸亞鐵)對(duì)浸出效果的影響,研究得出硫酸錳浸出的優(yōu)化條件,即固液體積比為3∶1,電磁攪拌速度為350 r/min,反應(yīng)溫度為80℃,反應(yīng)時(shí)間為2 h,m(錳泥)∶m(硫酸亞鐵)為3∶1,該條件下可以制得符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的工業(yè)級(jí)硫酸錳。
[Abstract]:Using ferrous sulfate as reducing agent, manganese sulfate mother liquor mixed with by-product manganese mud was leached by reduction and then manganese sulfate was prepared. The effects of stirring speed, reaction temperature and reaction time on leaching effect were analyzed.
