【摘要】：探究了溶膠-凝膠協(xié)同碳熱還原反應(yīng)制備超細(xì)ZrB_2粉體中Zr~(4+)與檸檬酸的配比r、溶膠-凝膠溫度T、體系pH值和分散劑含量c對ZrB_2前驅(qū)體及熱解產(chǎn)物的影響。并采用X射線衍射儀、紅外光譜儀、激光粒度儀、場發(fā)射掃描電鏡和透射電鏡對ZrB_2前驅(qū)體及熱解產(chǎn)物進(jìn)行表征和分析。結(jié)果表明:r=2,pH=4為檸檬酸和Zr~(4+)發(fā)生絡(luò)合反應(yīng)的最佳條件;當(dāng)T=50℃時(shí),產(chǎn)物基本為球形或類球形,且粒度分布均勻;聚乙二醇除分散作用外,還能夠?qū)θ苣z中團(tuán)簇的交聯(lián)起到"導(dǎo)向"作用,使熱解后的晶粒排列有序,當(dāng)c=2%時(shí),可獲得分散性好、尺寸均勻的產(chǎn)物。
[Abstract]:The effects of the ratio of Zr~(4 and citric acid in the preparation of ultrafine ZrB_2 powder by sol-gel combined carbothermal reduction reaction, the temperature of sol-gel, the pH value of the system and the content of dispersant c on the precursor and pyrolysis product of ZrB_2 were investigated, and X-ray diffractometer was used. Infrared spectrometer, laser particle size analyzer, field emission scanning electron microscope and transmission electron microscope were used to characterize and analyze the precursor of ZrB_2 and its pyrolysis products. The product is basically spherical or spherical, and the particle size distribution is uniform. In addition to dispersing, polyethylene glycol can also play a "guiding" role in the cross-linking of clusters in the sol, making the grain arrangement after pyrolysis orderly. When c = 2, good dispersion can be obtained. A product of uniform size.
